We loved the townhome and the location. Plenty of space, great kitchen; parking and places to walk the dogs. Great coffee and deli all within walking distance.
You can cross Main Street and head straight to the river trail to head downtown.
We enjoyed our stay and the owner was a huge help so that we might watch Peacock and the Olympics.

The condo was clean, in a good area of town. The only negative was the windows did not seal well, allowing lots of road noise in from Main Street.
The owners have placed white noise machines in the bedrooms which is nice, but I would recommend bringing earplugs unless you are not bothered by passing cars.
Other than the road noise, I highly recommend this condo!

We had such an enjoyable visit to Durango, and the condo was perfect for our group of 6 family members. The interior was updated with modern amenities yet comfortable and was well stocked with basic household and kitchen essentials. The only negative I would be the road noise from the street outside the unit, however we were here over a holiday weekend when tourism was at a peak, and you honestly get used to it after the first night. Also, parking was so convenient and offered enough spaces for two vehicles, which is rare in Durango. Loved it and will absolutely stay here again!

We had five adults in our group and our condo was the perfect place! The layout was great and we felt that we had plenty of room. The street noise was a bit loud in the evenings but we brought fans for sleeping so it was a non-issue for us (they do provide sound machines in all bedrooms). The property manager/owners were very responsive and helpful! The bath towels and bed pillows could be improved upon, but other than that things were great! We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Communication with owner for access was top notch. The interior was clean and REALLY nice. The only drawback is location on the Main Street and some traffic noise. The sound machines were a nice addition to have and definitely helped, but if you can’t sleep with white noise or water etc. you might struggle in two of the bedrooms.

Yes to this place! There was plenty of space for the 7 that ended up staying here. The beds are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with almost every utensil and pan you might need to cook. The lights were a little tricky to figure out at first but the smart home features were a cool surprise. The management company is professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. While "walking" distance from downtown, not ideal along the highway. The trolley is convenient and cheap ($1) although doesn't run past 10pm. We came for Snowdown and found ourselves walking home after the trolley stopped running. It does get a little noisy along the highway but there are white noise machines in the rooms. It didn't bother me but not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

We came to Durango with our little ones for the Polar Express Train experience. We were really pleased with the convenience of this property to town (less than ten minutes to the station parking) and the helpful layout for two couples with infants on different schedules. We felt the apartment had high end finishes with the added bonus of little amenity packages. It is located on a busy road, but we weren’t bothered by this with the noise machines provided. We recommend checking the thermostat settings so that you don’t wake up freezing because the default night setting is 60 degrees! Our only complaint was that the master bedrooms sheets didn’t seem as clean as they could be with old dirt stains on the comforter and a few rogue hairs. We addressed this with the property manager who responded quickly and luckily there were spare sheet sets available. We also didn’t feel that the coffee pot had been cleaned so further attention to detail in this area would be appreciated. However, we would definitely choose to stay again on future visits. The property felt safe and easy to access with keypads on both doors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & appreciated the proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms, that were well stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. Plenty of smart, home features, including lighting, air conditioning and automatic blinds Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex & soaps. dishwasher pods. Had no problem with parking. Owner is very friendly.
Please make a note that the unit is situated directly on Main Avenue so you will have to anticipate traffic noise. They do have white noise machines which is helpful, but trucks, motorcycles, ambulances, etc. can definitely be disruptive to sleep.

Nice accommodations and very clean. We couldn’t get some of the blinds and the lights to work the way that we wanted them to but perhaps it was user error. The King size bed was very comfortable. The top bunkbed was wobbly but luckily no one had to sleep up top. Location was very convenient and we made good use of public transit. We notified them of our check out which was much earlier than required but there were some confusion with the cleaning crew who thought we hadn’t left on time.

Loved the keyless entry and location, however; with the location there was street noise. Access to walking/biking paths was great and you're close enough to downtown to walk. Be warned they only supply you with 2 each of: laundry & dishwasher tablets, mini bars of soap and toiletries including tp regardless of number of people or length of stay! And the third bedroom with 2 beds is actually bunk beds, something to keep in mind depending on your group.

We were a family of 6 with a medium sized dog and we had plenty of space and were very comfortable here. Condo is nicely furnished, clean and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It was perfect for our ski vacation on the road from Durango up to Purgatory and about 10-15 mins walk (depending on how fast you walk) from all the action of Main Street. It's also on the trolley route if you prefer not to walk.

We loved the location of this property! 30 min from Purgatory and a 5 min drive to Main Street made our daily commute to the slopes and to dinner super easy.
Beds were super comfortable (you do need to use white noise machines) and open living room/kitchen/dining area was perfect for family game nights. Lots of closet space and nice, modern bathrooms. Definitely would recommend and we hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at 2201 Main. The property was very clean upon arrival with the thermostat set at a comfortable temperature. Parking is adequate and the surrounding area appears to be safe. The unit is well laid out and lighting is excellent. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Everything in the unit seemed to be in working order with the exception of the ice maker. The biggest negative is the street noise on main, although it calmed down considerably between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The beds were not as comfortable as we are accustomed to and the linens were unfortunately of low end motel quality.We enjoyed visiting the surrounding neighborhood which appears to be very safe and stable. We enjoyed hiking downtown on the Animas River path. We also visited several downtown restaurants and shops, all of which were easily accessible. All of the shop owners and restaurant servers were extremely friendly and attentive. The only negative about downtown is the parking situation (I know you’ve heard this a million times). Overall, this was a pleasurable stay and we plan to return this summer for an extended stay because of the location and the fact that it’s dog friendly and air conditioned.

We loved our stay at this updated, modern and clean property! Everything was stocked perfectly and we were beyond comfortable. The only downside to this place is the road noise as it’s right off a major intersection however, the property provides nice white noise machines in every room which help tremendously! My two year old slept great here and loved the kids room with stocked items and books. We will definitely stay again!!

We had the best time! There were 6 adults and two small dogs and there was enough room for all of us to be comfortable! There is a trolly that will take you downtown or a short 15 min walk. The house was modern and super clean.
