El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y el balcón tiene una mesa que tendrá capacidad para 4. La sala tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen, gran televisor de pantalla plana LCD, y acceso a la gran terraza 271 pies cuadrados con vista a las hermosas aguas color esmeralda del Golfo. ACTUALIZACIÓN RECIENTE: baldosas de cerámica reemplaza la alfombra en el salón / comedor. Nueva alfombra en los dormitorios.

I am a usual beach house vacationer, but this time around I decided to try a condo - and it was amazing!
The location, ease of access to the beach and pool, the quality of the condo, and the fantastic beach itself were all great reasons I loved my stay.
Parking was on the site and there were absolutely no issues with getting into the garage or the condo.
I can't wait to come back!

This was an amazing property and the pictures of the rooms and view dont do this condo justice. Its so much nicer than the pictures. (Pictures were great too). The balcony has a picnic table and chairs that we enjoyed eating lunch at. The beds were really comfortable too.

This was my son’s first vacation for his 3rd birthday celebration. We had the absolute best time. The condo has a great location and atmosphere. While we were there the pool was almost always empty and the beach was not overly crowded. We enjoyed a great view from the balcony as well. Would definitely book again. With a toddler I wish the balcony doors would lock (which thankfully they were too heavy for him to open) and I wish the main door had a lock up top for safety reasons. But otherwise we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Place was as described. Has a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It has everything you need. You will need beach towels but there are a few good beach chairs and lots of toys for the beach. We left an umbrella we bought for others to use. Walmart is very close for groceries and other needs. Great breakfast place across the street. I would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property and an amazing view! Nice roomy bedrooms and living area. Definitely money well spent! Deck was spacious and we were blessed to see dolphins one day from the balcony. Parking was extremely convenient and property was within walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the water. Dolphins, stingrays, and plenty of bird watching. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach each day. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described. No issues at all. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved having a covered, reserved parking spot. Easy access to the beach. It was nice knowing gates were locked and only access was available with a code.

We had a great time at the condo- it was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool as the weather wasn't the best during our stay with double red flags keeping the ocean closed. Will definitely stay again!

This co do was perfect for our family of 5. The view from the huge balcony was breathtaking! The place was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Having laundry on-site was convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The location was great, too!

Checking into the property was a bit challenging because I was unable to open the email containing the PDF attachments. The attachments included the gate codes and entrance into the condo. Tim the owner was quick to call me directly and resolve the issue.
Once into the condo, the cleaning was a bit under scale. My guest feet were quickly turned black from the dirt on the floor. I did report the findings to Tim.

Condo was just as pictured and described! Balcony was HUGE equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy the amazing view. The condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful week long family vacation.

Pros: Location, size, floor level, quiet, fast elevator, felt safe, clean beds, kitchen, baths, well equipped kitchen, great walk in shower, comfortable beds, nice decor, a whole closet of beach chairs, floats, sand toys etc., huge balcony and parking right across from elevator.
Things that could have been better: communication before arrival date. We arrived about 2 hrs early but hadn't received any check in communication from the host. I had to message through VRBO upon arrival. However, after me reaching out commication was good and we were able to check in an hour early. Also, if you pull into the property, you need a code to access the garage. If you don't have that, like we didnt, there is no place to turn around. You have to back out around the building one lane. The garage is tight! Glad we decided to take a car and not our 2500 truck. The place was clean, free from sand etc. The one complaint about cleanliness is the furniture and it's not even all that bad, it's nit picky. The couch & pillows are a material that holds onto things, not the easiest material to clean unless you vacuum it, the fabric chair in the master bedroom needed a good vacuuming/wipe down as it was dusty. The TV was a bit of a pickle to figure out as there are like 6 remotes and none are labeled and there are no instructions.
Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I knocked 1 star off due to communication before arrival but that's it. All other VRBOs I've stayed at have provided checkin information atleast a day ahead of time if not more.

The condo was nice. The only issue I saw was there were no dishcloths and the condo was dusty. No, I didn't call housekeeping, I cleaned it myself. My phone charger cord accidently fell behind a piece of furniture in the living room. When I got it out it was Covered with "dust bunnies". Even the coffee pot was dusty. But I did like the condo. The shower was nice and there are plenty of beds.

We really enjoyed our stay, and I would likely rent this condo again if I ever return to PCB. The condo is nicely furnished both inside and outside. The views from the deck are amazing. The location is convenient, but there is definitely street noise in the second bedroom. The shower in the master is wonderful! The only con I would say is that the mattress in the master is not very comfortable. Other than that, this is a great condo.

Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed this condo. It is a side/corner unit, so there isn’t a bedroom window to the entrance way, which was great for our boys. It had all the amenities we needed, but there were a few minor issues that we brought up to the housekeeper.
The elevator’s were fast and never an issue all week. The pool was clean and nice to use when the beach was rough.

We had a wonderful stay, only problem we had was they were doing construction in the unit above us all week and we could hear them breaking the tile and scraping the floor all day and the ice maker didn’t work in the freezer. Tim was a pleasure to work with.

Our stay at Twin Palms was wonderful! It was a great location and easy to get to. The walk to the beach was short, which is great when you have children and all their things! The condo was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend additional bathroom towels and washcloths, as well as some kitchen washcloths (to wash dishes and wipe down the counter). The decor was super cute too! We loved the rustic-beachy feel. We had a wonderful stay and will put this on our favorites list!

This property was perfect to stay at. The owners have stocked the unit with everything you can need in the kitchen and even games for those rainy moments and beach toys for the kids. The best thing about this unit besides the view and location is the AMAZING double headed walk in shower. What’s better after a long day then to come back and have a great shower to refresh yourself. A+++++ will definitely use this property again when in the area if it’s available
