Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo! Steps from the sand!!
Limpio, hermoso y con todas las comodidades del hogar. Condominio de 2 habitaciones / 1 baño con el océano tan cerca que casi puedes tocarlo. Duerme 6. Un balcón de 20 pies le brinda el mejor asiento de la casa para amaneceres, puestas de sol y observación de delfines.
El dormitorio principal está en el lado del océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama. Una ducha / armario de agua es entre los dos.
Una cocina totalmente amueblada significa que no tienes que comer fuera de casa ... a menos que te guste comer afuera en el gran balcón.

Enjoyed our stay but could have been a little cleaner, few bugs and hair in the room and mattress pads was dirty. The property manager was Awesome!! Things in life is not always 100%, so I'm not complaining. It was still a very nice place to stay!

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay! The condo was clean and packed full of amenities! We especially loved the comfy beds, plentiful towels, and treats galore. We had everything we needed and then some! We also loved being so close to the beach without dealing with major crowds. The town of Fernandina has much to offer and we were treated well by the locals. We can't wait to make the trip back and stay here again! I highly recommend booking ASAP!

The property was clean and very nice. It was well stocked and made for a relaxing stay. We were very happy with it.

Great stay right on the beach. Weather was great. Patio was large. All utensils provided. Only negative was the bed was too soft and apt needed a bit more cleaning. Also, roof was being worked on but negotiated a discount. So with discount, couldn’t complain.

This was our second time staying in this unit and just like the first everything was excellent! Super clean, comfortable and the views were outstanding! Already looking forward to our next visit.

The location is right on the beach with covered parking. The place was super clean and the hosts supplied us with snacks and beach toys and chairs. We will definitely try to return soon!

This was the perfect place for my sister & I to relax, enjoy the ocean, & the surrounding area. The condo was very clean & well stocked, even with some special added snack items, extra ice & water. I would come back to this unit anytime I/we have the chance!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we could not have been any happier with the condo and it's location! The condo itself has an amazing view and literally just steps to the beautiful beach! Sunrises were absolutely gorgeous and dont even have to get out if bed to see them! We also got to enjoy dolphins swimming nearby. The condo is very, very clean and had more than could ask for as far as supplies for kitchen, bed and bath. The thoughtful goody basket was also a very nice touch! Would highly recommend a nice stay at this condo. Thanks to Mike & Faye for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven! :)

First time to the island and this property was perfect! Very clean and comfortable.. even the mattress and I’m usually picky. Loved the porch directly facing the beach. Spent so much time out there. The location was perfect to everything on the island and the owner was quick to respond when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were not able to stay. The complex was under under construction repair. The hosts were not aware that it was still going on. They cancelled the reservation very quickly

Mike and Faye’s place was perfect! It was bright, clean and right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise while enjoying coffee on the balcony. The beach was a few steps away where we walked along the beautiful sand and looked for shark teeth. We would love to come back again soon!

We had a nice comfortable stay. The hosts really care about their guests. The furniture on the balcony has been updated from what’s shown in the pictures.
FYI, If you have never been to Fernadina Beach before and have heard that driving on the beach is allowed, we did not see any cars driving on this stretch of beach during our stay. While there are a lot of beautiful shells on the beach, they can hurt your feet while walking. But in the evening when the tide goes out, it exposes a massively long sand bar. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks for sharing your unit with our family!

Michael is a great host. His place is extremely clean. As close to the beach that this place is can’t be easy to keep clean. He does it very well. Very charming and comfortable. The location is incredible and Michael told us where to go for great dining. A wonderful place to stay.

This property is a very nice property. Great location. Nicely decorated.. The amenities are very thoughtful and make the stay easy. The ocean view and beach access are outstanding. Activities, restaurants, etc. Are within a couple of miles. Minor disappointments were the TV that displayed everything in green and pink, a shower that drilled, a flashlight with a dead battery and a burned out bulb at the exterior door. Otherwise, this would have been 5 stars.

We loved this beach and this condo
We have been to Fernandina Beach many times but this was our first time in this property. It was so close to the beach we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Our patio view of the ocean was up close and beautiful. We had easy beach access and the beach towels and chairs were nice. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked a lot and it had all of the kitchen necessities. The beds were comfortable. We love to walk on the beach and we walked to dinner at 2 different restaurants. There were lots of nice extras in this condo that made us feel like we were welcome. We would definitely return to this property.

Our tropical home
That is how it felt when we walked in the door. Mike was wonderful. He even came over to sort out the remotes for us! This condo has an unsurpassed location, and it feels as if you can almost touch the ocean! Pet free, smoke free, and flawlessly clean. There are lots of little beachy touches without being overdone. Five stars all the way!

Amazing views and very comfortable clean place
Amazing views and overall great experience. The place was as advertised but the pictures of the view don’t do it justice. You are just a few feet away from the beach. The condo was very clean and I really appreciate that it had all the essentials: toiletries, coffee pods and ground coffee too, pods for dishwasher and washing machine, even a basket of snacks with popcorn, granola bars and oatmeal… board games, books, movies… the host just thought of everything. Oh! they even included flip flops for the beach not to mention towels everywhere. Thank you so much for making this trip so relaxing.

Our new vacation spot!
My husband and I had a wonderful week with an amazing view of the ocean. We had most of our meals at the fully furnished condo. We will be returning in the future. Thanks Mike and Faye for everything!

Great location.
The condo was clean, in a great location, and well stocked. The only glitch we had was getting the arrival info from the owner. He was very apologetic, but we didn’t get into the condo until 5:30.

Location is great
What a great location! Very walkable. We walked to restaurants and shopping. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. Being able to wake up and roll over to see the ocean was wonderful. The outside of the building looks a little outdated, but once you get inside, it all changes. The hosts made great recommendations for places to go and things to do. Having beach chairs provided was great so that we could pack lighter. Only small disappointment was that we couldn’t get the internet to work so I had to take an extra day off of work. The hosts tried to help, but weren’t able to get it working.
