We had a fabulous week staying at this beautiful condo. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We saw manatee and dolphins from the balcony which was fun. The location was the best part. Everything you could possibly want was within a few minutes walk. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and the beach were all within a couple of minutes walk. We enjoyed walking up to the corner ice cream shop for our nightly snack. There’s a doughnut shop about a block away called Parlor Doughnuts that was amazing. Enjoyed the tiki bar at Shepherds as well as Jimmy’s Fish House, Crabby’s and French’s. The condo was clean and one of the best stocked places we have stayed. There was a beach cart, umbrella and beach towels which came in handy. Shawn was a great host and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was spread out enough to have privacy yet so close that everyone was included.
The little extras that were included were great like a wagon to take to the beach and beach chairs. It was so nice to have those things. There were many other things available that we did not use but were there for guests. WE ALL RATE it 10/10. There were 8 adults who have all stayed many places and truly enjoyed our stay. The memories we made were the best and we cant thank Shawn enough.
Highly recommend staying here.

This condo was perfect! The location is great! It is a short 2 block walk to the beach & beach wagon & toys/football/fishing poles were available. Saw the resident manatee a few times in front of condo. View from 3rd level was good - could see the gulf! Only complaint is we wished the grill was bigger as we wanted to grill a few evenings. We had 3 adults, 2 teens & 3 pre-teens - plenty of room!

We had an amazing vacation! Shawn had great communication when we had questions and was quick to respond! The property was great. There was enough space for our whole family and we really enjoyed the amenities provided. We can't wait to schedule our next vacation here!

This very spacious condo is perfect, plenty of room for our party of 6 to sprawl out and relax in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and missing nothing. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a walk in closet. Awesome view of the intercostal from a large balcony. The beach is a 5 minute walk as are multiple restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Great location, beautiful condo very large. Way too big for our party of 4. Tons of amenities within the condo. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Pool and hot tub were okay probably needs a facelift.

Very well set up condo, my family and I enjoyed everything thing about it, spacious,clean, great views, close to everything. Owner was very quick to contact me in response to any questions I had. We are making plans to stay here again in the future.

This was our second time returning. Only negatives were 1. view has changed with new building (lost most of ocean view; 2 we had trouble with door lock to elevator (it was taped to keep door from locking, broke, and people kept undoing tape) BUT the location is great, the condo is furnished with everything you would need and very clean! Beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful. The view you have when you sit on the property is gorgeous. There was nothing that was needed that was not there. Shawn is an awesome host and was always available when we called. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and marina is a very reasonable walk which helps avoid limited parking and the cost associated. We loved staying here and look forward to doing it again.

Centrally located, amazingly clean and easy check in and check out process, spacious and the balcony space overlooking the harbor was just spectacular for viewing the 4th of July fireworks! Shawn is an amazing host and owner. We highly recommend this property.

Wow! Shawn what an amazing condo in Clearwater. As stated in the description, the photos need to be updated because they don’t do this condo any justice! This condo is very clean, zero carpet, nice sized rooms, plenty of storage space, a beautiful wrap around patio with plenty of seating and all of the beach items you’ll need! There is a view of the ocean right outside the living room patio area to the left. This condo is very clean and well taken care of.
Shawn was awesome with communication and very prompt.
I plan to book this again next year!

This was a beautiful location to stay in. It was a delightful stay with anything you might need. The location is in walking distance to attractions. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise or birds was a highlight. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

This property is amazing. It's a large condo with lots of room so you can be together or by yourself. The balcony goes all around the condo. The beds were fantastic. Lots of closet space. Loved the layout of the place. Very comfortable and classy.

We loved our stay at this property! The condo was clean and very spacious. Tons of windows and glass doors to appreciate the outside views. The balcony is very large as well and was nice to enjoy morning coffee and even saw dolphins! Communication with the owner was great and I received check in instructions in an email well ahead of our visit. The complex was relatively quiet and was 2 blocks from the beach and in easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

This condo is amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Pool was never crowded. The Beach was a short 2 blocks away. Walk to everything!! Highly recommend!! Owner was very responsive and actually overnighted a beach wagon for us to use when we discovered there wasn’t one in the beach closet!!!

We stayed here for a week while our children attended a summer camp at CMA. This was a great location for all of us. We could easily walk to the beach and other local restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed having the pool on property as well. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and the beach gear and toys in the storage closet were great as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The view from the balcony is wonderful! Loved and enjoyed it everyday.
The beach was a short(2-3min) walk from the condo. Never had a problem with that!
They have a pool and while we were there there were usually a few ppl or none(pretty quiet). Having pool all to ourselves made our vacation even more special :D

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Shawn! The condo was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We were walking distance to all the great restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed a Sunset Dinner Cruise, Private Boat Tour, Jet Ski’s, Putt Putt, the rescue Aquarium, Beach and ate the most amazing Seafood! We even saw a Manatee several times while we were on the balcony. The condo was very clean and very well kept. Thank you Shawn!! We can’t wait until we can return again soon!

This luxury condo is beautiful! Great location on Clearwater Beach. 5 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street. Also close to Sand Key Park. The condo is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and we loved the large deck with great views. The furnishing was nice! Having the 2 extra bed mats were a nice addition to the king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. Every bedroom had a TV as well. The kids loved the pool. It was nice having a designated parking space in the parking garage and an elevator to get to the condo. It also has a washer and dryer for laundry needs. We loved going to eat at Frenchies Rockaway Grill for good food, a fun atmosphere, and pretty beach views. Another fun activity was renting kayaks by Honeymoon Island and kayaking to Caladesi Island. The Sunken Gardens were so beautiful in St. Petersburg. The sunsets and sand on Clearwater Beach are amazing! Some of our group also enjoyed deep sea fishing and watching the dolphins. Don't hesitate to rent from Shawn. Easy check in and out process! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful beach condo!

Our family stayed here over Christmas and it could not have been more perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space . Super large balcony. Everything was there for us to cook and bake. Less than 5 minute walk to the sand. Furniture seemed newer. Multiple Tv’s. A great place to vacation. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and well maintained. The condo itself was completely stocked with all the essentials from linens to kitchen equipment. As far as entertainment was concerned Shawn had everything in stock from puzzles and card games to beach toys and chairs. The only issue out of the experience was that the jacuzzi jets next to the pool did not work well. Overall A+.

The property was much larger than expected. Fully stocked with all items needed for the week. Some minor repairs needed that we were made aware of ahead of time (and did not impact our visit). We are hoping to return!

Pre arrival to check in to advise for dining. All were good. Any issuer was addressed by owner such as a crack in the deck, which was made known to us upon check in, she is intending to have it fixed. She stated she’s having difficulty obtaining a contractor for a small job. (She said it’s big to her but I understood)

We had a fantastic family vacation in Clearwater Beach staying at SunWest Palms! This condo has everything you could hope for. Our family had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and gather together! The pool and hot tub are perfect, and we usually had it to ourselves. The location to the beach is perfect; just a short walk but far enough away from the crowds. Shawn is a wonderful hostess and kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely stay here again!
