We had the most lovely stay!! Heather and Ben thought of everything there was nothing more we could have asked for!! Super comfy bed, plush towels, comfy areas to sit and relax. The area was peaceful and only a short walk to some great pizza at Jacks. Hope to return one day.

We had a lovely 2 nite stay. We found the place easily for arriving late. Everything was as stated and we had a lovely time the bathroom was a little small but worked well. And had we been short of anything it was in the room, including water and wine in the fridge. We sure would stay again.

This property is lovely. Very nice decor and linens. Nice touch with water and wine in the fridge! My only suggestion is it needed a good dusting. Bathroom fan very clogged with dust and tables and home decor; I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is one of the best VRBO studio units that we have stayed in. The unit was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable! All of the extra touches and additions made it even better! It’s a short walk (or drive) to Bear Mountain golf course and Jack’s Place restaurant. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to this area.

Lovely, well appointed , cosy room . Lots of special touches including ; complimentary bottle of wine, bowl of candies , and excellent selection of teas and coffee. Bed and pillows are very comfy and the toiletries provided are very nice! I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone .

Although we did not meet Heather, her communication was excellent. There was no problem finding her house. Parking was easy beside the suite. We found trails very close by which led to a forested area and the beautiful Valley Golf Course. The reviews on Jack's Place in the Bear Mountain complex were not favourable, so we retraced our steps to Langford and enjoyed our evening meal at the Log House. The Rack was way too noisy. The bottle of wine Heather left for us was a lovely touch. Our room was cosy, the bed very comfortable, loved the shower area, and good water pressure.

Luxurious space, so many lovely extras, beautiful neighbourhood, I highly recommend this wonderful space.

We loved staying at Ben and Heathers cozy and beautifully decorated bungalow below their house. Lots of personal touches and so convenient to all you want to see in Victoria. Highly recommend

Wonderful spot, easy to access the unit, but location not ideal for my husband and I.

It was a great stay. The only downside was that the noise upstairs definitely could definitely be heard during the night. Just something to consider for light sleepers. Otherwise, it was very nice and a great choice for those planning to visit Victoria and surrounding districts.

My husband and I enjoyed a three night stay in this charming bed sitting suite. It was close to golf courses and many restaurants in Langford. A perfect getaway. Thank you.

This property is very clean and quiet. Excellent hosts

This was super! After you get down out of the neighborhood, there’s tons of restaurants and a dinosaur themed liquor store! Did I need a liquor store? No. Did I stop to take dino photos? You betcha! Quiet location, though it is a downstairs apartment. Hosts were clearly very sensitive to that, we heard nary a peep after like 8PM!

Room was ready when we arrived clean and well appointed with coffee bar, mini fridge and micro wave. Directions to to property were provided by the owner and were accurate. Instructions to gain entry were easy. Street parking was available. There is building construction in the area so daytime parking was a little tighter though we were out during the daytime. Walking trails everywhere with beautiful views. The owner experienced a personal tragedy and there was some noise related to abnormal owner-guest traffic. The owners were very apologetic and receptive to our feedback. We would stay again.

Ben and Heather are gracious hoat On Ben’s recommendation I was able to plan well and was able to navigate Victoria’s attractions with ease. The property is immaculately clean and the mountain surrounding is quite and beautiful

A small basement bedroom and adjoining bathroom which was very comfortable with everything was provided. Unfortunately children playing garage hockey made it quite noisy when relaxing outside. Every footstep could also be heard from the room directly overhead. Overall a pleasant stay with great amenities.
