Awesome plac and unit . Must see

This is our 4th time to RP and our first and last in this unit. It was fine but our other stays have been WAY better than this unit. The AC in the main living space wasn’t working and after alerting the owner/manager, I was told that 78/79 “is within the parameters but to let them know if it goes up” this made for an extremely unpleasant stay as we couldn’t enjoy our down time in the living room. We had to go back into one of the bedrooms where the AC was working. The microwave didn’t work so we had to call and get that taken care of, and unfortunately during our stay there was a water issue in town so our water was off from 8pm-8am, 10am-5pm, giving us little snips of time to bathe the kids, make dinner etc. I remember reading that there was beach chairs/toys but I never found any. There is MINIMAL cooking supplies. The faucets in the showers need updating as well as the drainage. The draw to this unit is the size but in my opinion it’s not worth it.

One of our favorite stays at Las Palomas! Had every thing we needed and more. Comfortable beds, great views, amazing patio. It’s kind of tucked away in a corner, so easy access but felt private. We’ll be back!

This was a perfect condo for our family. We were in the ground floor making it easy to access the pool and beach.

Lots of space for a group of 8 or even more in a stretch

Problems with the master toilet the whole stay. They came twice to fix the problem but it continued for our whole stay.

Came down for a weekend with friends, very beautiful and comfortable condo. Exactly like the listing! The amenities were perfect, staff was very friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

It's a 3 bedroom but there's a fantastic bonus bunkroom for kids (technically not a bedroom but it has a door). Big dining table and an expansive deck! Loved it!

There was water problems, no hot water, the toilets were plugged. I called maintenance they said it was fixed, but it wasn’t. There were no xtra garbage bags, no dish soap, nothing to clean up the kitchen after a meal. The place needs renovation, very dirty.

Good stay

Once again we enjoyed our stay. 3 bedrooms worked well for 3 couples since everyone had their own bathroom. Showers were warm to hot for all. Patio space is huge. Some golfed, others walked on beach. At restaurant, flounder and cauliflower salad recommended.

This whole place is amazing. The condo is beautiful and has an excellent location. It was well appointed and advertised very accurately. We loved being spoiled by daily housekeeping service! Las Palomas is a beautiful, clean and welcoming resort. The location is excellent and the beach is beautiful. Water aerobics was especailly fun! We had a blast and can't wait to come back!!!

the location was perfect for our needs, my mom recently hurt her knee so it was a pleasant surprise that were so close to everything! the rooms were clean and nicely set up

The property was very well kept and was perfect for our family vacation. The only thing I would mention is the fridge does not get cold enough and the shower did not have hot water. Other than that it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice property with nice views of the Sea of Cortez and pool area. Condo was as pictured. Large living area for all of us to enjoy being together. Big disappointment was cold or lukewarm showers. Needs to be fixed.

Excellent location

Condo was nice. Well stocked with kitchen items and bath towels. Air conditioner worked well. Hot water heater was hit or miss. Some showers had hot water other times the water didn’t get very hot. The convenience of the ground level was hands down the best thing! No waiting on elevators!! The listing said 10 people. When checking in, I was told the maximum capacity was 8, but we could pay more for ONE person. I ended up moving our two extra people to a friend’s condo, so we only had 8 people in our condo and we didn’t have to pay more money.

This condo was laid out perfectly for one or two families. You will be close to the restaurant, the deli, the pool and the beach. If you have older children, you can even supervise them from the patio during the day and at night. The water slide and lazy River are also in close proximity. The condo has plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for three couples. It had plenty of room, was very clean, and was just as described. The two master units was a bonus! The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn't really use it much. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working, but they quickly brought us a new one. We loved the convenience of being on the ground floor. Communication with Jaime was excellent. We would absolutely stay in this condo again.

We have stay at this resort before but never this room it was by far the biggest we’ve stayed in it was very nice felt like home! Jamie was great!
