Great condo and great location. Adults enjoyed the lazy river as much as the kids.

We had a van that was over 10' high so we could not park in the parking garage. We went to the front desk 3 x's and did what they told us to do. And the parking police got very very nasty with me. So it was find a place if you could or wait someone left. Also our room was not clean. But remember you pay the clean fee. For what IDK to clean it yourself I guess.

Good-20 years worth in OB! Unit couldve had more items in kitchen (mixing bowls, drink shaker), but beautiful unit. Had a great time!

The kids loved the slide and lazy river. However, this condo could use some updates. First of all, the condo wasn't clean at check-in. Everything was dusty, the floors were disgusting (when you walked on the floor without shoes your feet were black), and the walls/doors had stains everywhere. You would be surprised the amount of dust and trash under the master bed. In the master bathroom, the light was hanging off the wall. In the master bedroom, the light wasn't working. In the kitchen, the light switch wouldn't work half the time. There also weren't very many dishes or decent cooking supplies. We had to go to Walmart and buy a skillet, measuring cup, and cookie sheet to be able to cook breakfast. This room also says it sleeps 12 but they don't provide enough towels and washcloths for 12. Also in the bathrooms, they had cheap shower curtain liners that were mildewing. One of the shower curtains was missing hooks and you have a hard time closing properly because of it hanging without hooks. The pullout couch mattress was also terrible. They are never really that comfortable but the springs were popping out in multiple places. In the king second bedroom, the bed was hard as a rock and sounded like it was about to break as soon as you laid down. If you want a nice room, then I recommend looking other places. I expected better when spending 5K for a week.

The condo building itself is nice but expected more for the amount I paid. Upon arrival there were dirty bath towels on the floor of the hallways as you walk in & dirty sheets on the sofa bed.There we’re no games or anything you would normally find in a condo. Had a nice time with my family but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Our condo was perfect with one exception, the floors were not clean. As soon as we checked in, we had sand all over our feet. We requested a mop and broom on the first day. Other than this one issue, we had an overall great stay.

The 1603 condo is a beautiful condo, especially in the pictures. Great ocean view, however looks can be deceiving. When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. After she left, the place still looked dirty. There were cheerios in the floor from previous guests, Rice Krispie treat wrappers in the entertainment center, dried milk spilled in the floor, and everything was dusty and the floors were dirty. We noticed the cleaning lady didn’t have a mop or broom with her. The bed in front king bedroom was horrible. The mattress was reported for being bad 4 years earlier as we found in other reviews and still hasn’t been changed out. The warming tray on the oven was broken, the pullout bed was broken, the screen door was against the wall and the slide was hanging loosely on the frame. There wasn’t any cookware that was usable as we had to go to Walmart and buy a couple pans. The few that were there were dirty and rusty. It is obvious that the owner hasn’t read reviews or inspected this property in quite some time. For the price of the condo I expected it to be a lot more than what I paid for. I wouldn’t stay on this unit again as it is in dire need of furnishings and repair

We really enjoyed spending our Christmas here. The location is great and view is breathtaking. The communication throughout the process was great. We had a light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling when we arrived. I informed them and the maintenance staff fixed it promptly. The cleaning crew before we arrived would be the only flaw about our stay. When we were looking under the beds to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, we found candy wrappers, and broken glassware that appeared to have been there for awhile with the amount of dust on it. We also found a few pictures and decor that was randomly just placed in the hallway on the ground and not hanging on the wall. Again, nothing to be too upset about, just wanting to give an honest review.

Amazing property! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 6 to 17 and had plenty of room! We didn't use the couch beds (because who has ever slept on a comfortable couch bed) We took an air mattress instead (which was our choice). We loved the view from the balcony and the indoor pool and hot tubs are great as well, the outdoor pool and lazy river was nice but it was a little to cool for us to use it much but wish we had known the slide was under maintenance (we would have still chose this place either way)!! We didn't use the tennis court but we did check it out and it was nice! The beach access was awesome and convenient. Our whole stay was great! We didn't do any cooking in the condo but their was dishes and cookware had we choosen too! The 4 bathrooms was great for our large group and had plenty of towels. We would definitely recommend staying here and of ever back in the area will try to get this condo again!

The one couch had some stains on it and the wooden furniture had drawers that didn't open or some were broken and chipped in the bedrooms and living room. With that being said, the furniture was comfortable. The condo was very clean except for some mold on a shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. There were also some issues with the TVs. We had to troubleshoot two of them and we finally had to have the cable company come in and fix one of the TVs as we were unable to fix it and Charlotte, the VRBO rep, was unable to fix it. This seemed to be a cable company issue and not a TV issue as there was a sign in all the elevators the next day telling people to call the cable service company for Internet and TV problems.

Charlotte was excellent to work with and all communications were done on a timely manner. This condo is very spacious and the lazy river is absolutely awesome, in addition the slide is very fun. It is definitely a place that I would return to. I am not thinking I overlooked it but it would be great if you could get an early check in time. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed the condo VERY NICE! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Only 3 regular size spoons were available, none of the over head lights in the living room worked and only one lamp worked. Shower caddy was rusty. This unit is not alone with filthy floors. You cannot go barefoot or your feet will be black in just a few minutes. Almost every unit I have stayed in at Phoenix West and West II have been this way. This needs to be addressed with the cleaning service.

We come every year to enjoy golf. Bathroom could be cleaner and more info on how to operate tv’s. Thanks, Mick.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great, you are very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach access was wonderful. It rained the whole time we were there so the indoor pool was great for the kids. The only thing I can say that was a negative was that the bed comforters were not clean. If you plan on cooking I would bring a good pan and a sharp knife. The condo has these items but the knives are very dull and the pans need to be thrown out. Great space for everyone to have plenty of room!

Everything was great. Only problem was glass top tables were not safe for children and the guest bedroom beds squeaked really bad for some reason. We would stay there again

Awesome condo, pool and lazy River were fantastic. The view from our balcony was breathtaking!! Our family of 10 was very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. Very well furnished and decorated. Will definitely be going back!!
