The house and area is very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Many places to eat nearby and a grocery store as well. The host responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Over all we had a great stay.

My family has a wonderful time and Kolleen was an amazing host. Great communication even before I booked the house. Great food recommendations. We had a slight maintenance issue and she took care of it ASAP. The house was wonderful, just off the main street so it can get noisy. Other than that it was fantastic! Fit our small extended family well.

We absolutely loved staying here - from booking, to check to check out, everything was simple and easy. The house was BEAUTIFUL! The views were amazing. There was everything we could have needed and more - the outside shower was a bonus for the kids after a day at the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the entire house was so clean. We had an amazing time! The house is in a perfection location and has everything you need. When you open the back door, you are steps away from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house was immaculate. We will stay here again!

One of the best family vacations we have ever had.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space, everything we needed. Loved being able to walk out to the beach, come in for snacks, and hit the beach again.

This was our first trip to Topsail and we absolutely loved it! The house was perfect. Everything was updated, it was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, the location was amazing! I loved how secluded the beach was and how it was just right outside the door. I spent a lot of my time on the deck with our 3 month old but I still felt like I was right on the beach. The outdoor shower with hot water was a plus. My son (3 years) thought it was so cool to take a shower outside. We enjoyed our stay and have already looked ahead for when we can return!

Property was perfect for our grown children and their family! Right on the water was perfect for the baby providing easy access to the house! Weather was perfect, games provided hours of entertainment and beautiful house to just RELAX!!

Had a lovely stay at Kolleen’s home. Everything is kept super organized and spotless. Having some starter essentials is a nice treat. Great beach front location - very quiet. We loved the one floor layout having a little one. Beds were very comfortable and everything was so well maintained. Kolleen was very responsive if any questions. Would definitely look to rebook if ever in north topsail again!

This property was wonderful. My wife and I were able to take our kids and get together with friends and their kids for the first time since the pandemic hit. The home was setup perfect for us with 2 masters and 2 kids rooms and a Jack and Jill style bathroom for each. The Kitchen was well supplied and able to allow for making a nice Easter dinner. And the property was perfect for Easter egg hunts and sand castles galore. The relaxing beach getaway we were looking for.

A lovely relaxing home on the beach, well appointed and decorated with all the amenities you need (and great mattresses and pillows!) Easy distance to restaurants and boutiques. We had a perfect beach retreat!

This was our second stay at this fabulous home just a few steps from the beach! The house and deck have been maintained beautifully and everything was as we remembered it from May 2020. The whole place had been just been renovated then, (a few decorations have been added/moved) and now there is lovely landscaping out front. It’s hard not to repeat the same review so I will just “have to steal from myself.” The kitchen is well stocked and the large laundry room really comes in handy. The beds are comfortable, and both master suites open out onto the deck and have ocean views. The outside shower with hot and cold water came in very handy. While we love the property and locations, what we really appreciate are the hosts, Kolleen and Jason, who are so accommodating and respond to all questions/requests almost immediately. We love this place and look forward to staying her again the next time we vacation in North Topsail Beach, NC.

This home felt like our own vacation home with everything you may need. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and had everything we needed. The location of this house is great because there are no other homes on the other side of the road and the beach isn’t crowded and most days there were many around us. The owners were super helpful and prompt. Overall this was the best beach house we’ve rented in topsail and we would love to come back next year!

We stayed for two weeks and it was just amazing! It had everything we needed and owners were great to work with. The beach was never crowded and so nice to just be able to walk right out to it through the back door. Best beach house we have rented yet! Will definitely be back.

This was a perfect spot for our family. Loved everything about the home including comfy beds! Everything was clean and well kept. Beach access and view from deck were perfect. Looking forward to booking it again!

We had such a good time at Topsail--loved the location away from the crowded beach. The house was adorable and beds so comfortable! We loved looking for crabs at night and it felt very safe with the family neighborhood. A great trip with our adult kids--would definitely recommend. The only thing that we missed was tin foil--hardly a complaint ;)

Every room (and even the deck) is decorated perfectly and is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed (including a surprise Keurig), the house has an assortment of colorful beach towels, and we especially appreciated the miniature toiletries in both bathrooms. (The Green Tea Body Wash made our stay even more relaxing.) It was wonderful to walk out onto the beach whenever we wanted and we enjoyed exploring Surf City, both ends of Topsail Island and Sneads Ferry. The property was the ideal place for our family of four (including two young adult children) to celebrate New Year's Eve!

We enjoyed our stay!! The home is Beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the location and access to the beach was perfect. The owners, Kolleen and Jason were fantastic. We did not want to leave and can't wait to visit again!

Our family had never visited Topsail so we were excited to check out this beach and we were not disappointed. The renovation on this home was very well done. Everything was so welcoming and comfortable we felt like we were in our own home. The beds are all very comfortable (firm, but not hard) and we had everything we needed (we did bring our own blender and Keurig machine as the house does not have them). The views are stunning with giant windows and doors from both master bedrooms and living room. We used the deck everyday for lunch and dinner and it was so lovely to sit outside and have meals while enjoying the view. The pristine beach was only steps away and the house is situated perfectly behind the dune so that people walking along the beach can't stare straight into the house so you get enough privacy as well. We had read other reviews on Topsail and took note of there not being a lot of other things to do besides going to the beach (which was true) but that was all we wanted to do anyway so it worked out perfectly. Another great thing about this house was that the beach access was very easy with only a gentle slope off of the dune...we noticed many other homes around that had giant drop offs (6ft+) from their boardwalks so I am not even sure how they were able to access the beach area without jumping off the dune. I can't say enough great things about this property! The owners were responsive and friendly and everything was ready for us upon arrival. We really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back!

Property manager was great and fast answering questions..waves were amazing and big enough to body surf and boogie board daily...walk to beach was perfect and close enough that kids could run back to use the restroom...crab hunting at night and collecting shells in the morning..it was awesome! Definitely recommend:)

The house is terrific. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully renovated. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the whole process. We had WiFi issues that never got resolved, but the owner did try to address them. The kitchen is well equipped (although no blender, which would be handy). The outdoor shower is very nice -- big and clean. The whole house is one floor, but not ADA accessible, due to it being raised. So there are lots of stairs on both the road and beach side. We were only four people so we had tons of room. It's advertised for 8, but I think 8 would be quite tight. The living room is small and the deck only has a standard picnic table, so 8 people could not sit outside to eat. Note that the owner does not provide any beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys like boogie boards (totally fine. She communicated clearly about that. Just something to note if you care about such things and don't want to supply your own). There are no screens on the huge sliding doors across the whole back of the house, so unless you want to risk flies and mosquitoes all over the house, there's no way to turn off the A/C and enjoy the breezes, which was a disappointment. You're either inside in the A/C or outside. N. Topsail is quiet and about 6 miles from the very small town and services of Surf City. This is not the place to go if you want non-beach activities. Biking and jogging are possible, but it's all on one busy, fast-moving road, so it's fairly hazardous. There's really nothing else to do. But if all you care about is beach, quiet, a lovely spotlessly-clean modern house, and great deck to sit and enjoy the view -- then this is your spot!

2 families of 4 comfortably enjoyed this beautifully remodeled beach house. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. Plenty of platters, pitchers and cooking equipment. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and the linens were super soft. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The beach was great. Found lots of beach glass and shells. We really enjoyed our stay!
