Esta unidad de tres dormitorios es una de las dos únicas en todo el complejo. Nuestra planta baja, unidad de tres dormitorios en Sea Place 14164, está ubicada en un resort frente al mar orientado a la familia; ¡Es una escapada encantadora que te encantará!

Te encantará la amplitud y luminosidad de nuestro condominio, con acceso a las habitaciones exteriores en casi todos los sentidos. Muy bien decorado y estaba impecablemente limpia, que es un gran trampolín para sus vacaciones costera perfecta, que ofrece relajación y comodidad en un entorno tropical!
Nuestra sala de estar y comedor cuenta con cómodos asientos, una gran TV con VCR y reproductor de DVD y una cocina completamente equipada. El sofá de la sala de estar se despliega en una cama para dos personas, mientras que las sillas ofrecen comodidad para acurrucarse mientras miras una película favorita o simplemente miras a través de la puerta corrediza de vidrio, al patio privado debajo del cielo azul.
El patio puede convertirse en el lugar de comer la mayor parte de sus comidas. Ciertamente, es un gran lugar para disfrutar de una copa de vino después de la cena o la primera taza de café de la mañana. The location was awesome. Right by the pool, steps from the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Perfect quiet vacation. Close to St. Augustine attractions. The condo itself needs a little work. The master bath shower has mold around the caulked areas and doors don't work very good on shower. There were several areas where the ceiling was peeling that need to be repaired. I could not get the keys to work in the front door to lock it when we went out. Other than those few things, no complaints. Great vacation.

The overall condo is great. Of all the beach condos I’ve been in, this was the the only one where it didn’t feel very comofortable, primarily due to the sparse furnishings —-not enough seating in family room for a condo with 3 bedrooms. Lacking nightstands in the master and some of the kitchenware was lacking. We had to buy a knife to be able to cut anything—which we left so the next tenant can enjoy. The area was beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Keys and parking passes for property is about 2 miles from location. But traffic is not heavy for a beach area. Great location. Condo is on corner of building. So it’s very convenient to pool and beach. You can walk to beach or drive down the road for beach excess to drive on to beach. Property was very clean and has everything you need for a week stay. Be sure to read what you need to bring. They will only provide enough to get you by for a day or two. Kitchen has everything but a pizza cutter. There is property wear from a leaking ceiling and more stuff that could use a touch up. Bunk bed is not to steady on bottom. But does the job to sleep for kids. Overall a week stay was perfect. Management was always quick to respond with any issues I had and was willing to fix my concerns

I typically don't write revies unless they are great, however this one deserves an award for being the worst yet. I understand we are in Florida and at the beach, however upon arriving there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. The quality of sheets, towels, household supplies was very cheap, there weren't enough pillows for the beds, there was not a blanket on one of the beds, the condo was extremely outdated with poorly done repairs. The ceiling had multiple spots peeling, the tile around the toilet was pulled up, there were no rugs throughout the house, no broom or mop to clean up anything, Upon our final day when checkout was stated to be 10:00 the housekeeper Jasmine showed up at 9:40 am and walked right in without knocking while we were actively trying to dress ourselves and get packed and told us "you have 16 minutes to get out" and in exactly 16 minutes she showed back up and let us know time was up. extremely inappropriate, rude and embarrassing for her to walk in on us dressing children and ourselves. The property was great as well as location, however this management team and the condo itself was ompletely horrid! I will never use VTrips again, we weren't able to do the checkout procedure correctly due to Jasmine sitting at the front door asking us to leave.

Great condo, super close to pool and beach.
Could use to have a few more items left in the condo for renters such as garbage bags, more laundry soap, beach towels, spoons (there were only 3), a dish rack for washing the odd dish, more tea towels.
Since the cost of everything has increased so much, little things like leaving some garbage bags really make a good impression.

The place was very nice. My children loved the pool and the beach. We were supposed to be there a week but unfortunately hurricane Ian cut that short and only got to stay three nights would have loved to stay there the full week

Great location!! Some items that were essential had to be purchased- dish towels-(none in condo)can opener ( one on site didn't work.) Slept well, very close to pool and walk over to the beach. Kids enjoyed it as well as the adults. Condo was advertised as not handicapped accessible and it did not disappoint- my 2 year old could get herself on and off the toilet. But for the seniors with bad knees it was a struggle😂. Would stay again just for Location!!

Nice condo that was a short walk to the beach and a few steps to the pool. The third bedroom was a little small and I thought it had a queen bed also but it had bunk bed which was inconvenient for adults.

This was a great place to stay! The location was fantastic, the condo was nice, older, some things were missing, that was a bummer. Like there was a coffee pot but no filters. A Keurig with no water reservoir. Not a big deal, but we left the filters we purchased and the pack of coffee pods as well... On the whole it was a fantastic stay.

You could see the beach from the back porch. Getting to the beach was easy and the pool was right there too. The only thing about this place that wasn’t the best was that the washer and dryer sounded like they are dying and the bathrooms are outdated. Overall it was a great vacation.

The property was really good. Wanted to use the sofa bed but it was broken. Needs upgrading but served our needs for a long weekend. Good location easy access to the pool and beach. Check in and out was easy great communication

The location is perfect, with the COVID-19 all over Florida it just far enough away from the groups but not far enough to not enjoy all the benefits of St. Augustine!!!

Tired and in need of TLC
Great location and good internet, but some dirty dishes, most of windows did not work or have screens as well as leaked in wind as well as needing cleaning and replacement. The dishwasher was rusted and the trays collapsing, The dryer rusted, the end tables were missing screws bolting table legs; the master bath lacked an exhaust fan and a drain plug in the sink. The toilet ran; the closets filled with light fixtures and furniture, The wood headboard on the queen bed was bolted to the metal frame and squeaked with every movement. One ice tray was supplied with four mismatched wine glasses. The master had a four inch foam topper which made the bed very soft. The sliding glass was badly corroaded and worked poorly. Overall nice stay,but would have liked a unit in better repair! An accurrate description would have been nice!

A lot could be improved in this condo, it is very dated and feels unclean, including stains on pillows, food in utensil drawers and a gross dishwasher that smells like something is burning during the heat cycle. It doesn't clean well. Only two burners on the stove work and they are lopsided, which made it very difficult to cook for our family. The a/c in one of the bedrooms didn't work well and it was uncomfortably hot while sleeping. There was no drain stopper so I couldn't give my daughter a bath, only a shower, which was difficult.
I couldn't believe there was a used kitchen Sponge left for us to use to wash dishes, that's disgusting and would cost 50 cents to provide a new one. No hair dryer is also very inconvenient.
Lots of little things that could be done to improve one's stay.

We had a great time but I will say that one of the beds was super squeaky - maybe a new bed for that room. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place.
