It was very clean...

The Condo is not very close to the City Center or the places of night life activities but has a good Connection to the Airport, SM Mall and Ayala center. The Condo, Pool, Gym and the building are in a good condition and you have a nice View over the Seaside of Cebu. It is a nice and quiet place to stay and there is a nice native foodcourt as well as an (expensive) Korean Restaurant in the neighbourhood. Some fastfood Restaurants are in Walking distance. The Condo has been quite perfectly equipped. The only thing that has been missing for me was a sharp knife for chopping.

The only thing that has been uncomfortable was a strong and very bad smell coming out of the drain of the sinkt in the bathroon that seems to be clogged. I could lower it using some vinegar, but that should get fixed. Sometimes there are also some animals, especially some small ants coming out of the Electric fuse box but I think that's ok as you are in Asia.

The owner is very responsive and the room is quiet and very clean. perfect for relaxation. with complete amenities and wifi is fast! will come next time soon!

the plumbing needs an overhaul, bathroom was nice size but shower head was not working, sink very very slow to drain ( simple things to put right , bed was not comfortable, a better mattress would greatly improve the rating, I would definitely recommend to stay here , hopefully all the small faults will be put right , I would stay here again

Really good location for malls, supermarkets, etc.
