Cosy typical house of alentejo, perfect for a few days if you want to visit the region. Decoration inside is a total plus, as the owners kept the main traditional elements of the house, giving you the feeling of getting back in time, without forgetting a modern touch. Beds were confortable and with the A/C, we could enjoy our stay. Hosts were super nice and able to accomodate our requests, such as late check/out. Totally reccomend if you wish to deep into tradition and comfort.

Nothing to report. However, you need to leave a 50 euros deposit, although i can understand the reason why, given that the house is very nicely decorated

A very cute house in the beautiful Alentejo. It's well located to explore the Alqueva lake, Evora, Monsaraz, Moura and in general this part of the Alentejo. The host is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The house is perfect for a short getaway.

This is a little gem in the middle of the Alentejo countryside. The house is a tiny, old-fashioned, village house: it's full of beautiful, nicely selected decorations and it reverberates with cosiness. The kitchen has pretty much everything you can need and there's a stove to warm up the main room. Internet is provided via a dongle, which works really well: we were remote working during our stay and had no issues at all. The host is a lovely lady, very attentive and quick at responding to your needs: we needed a refill of wood and she got it delivered the same day. The neighbourhood is lovely, with swelling hills up to the village of Monsaraz. A real spectacle.

It can get cold in winter, if you are as unlucky as we are with weather: we got the only few days when temperature dropped below zero.
