We stayed here to use as a base camp to explore the awesomeness of the Hood area. The condo had everything that you could possibly need. Clean, quiet and such an amazing comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place

Great location, easy check-in.
The interior was dangerous and dirty. We wound up cleaning it ourselves after finding out from the guests who were staying there that they'd found a large sewing needle in the carpeting underneath the kitchen table. As we cleaned it, we found 3 more large sewing-type needles and a medium size screw in the carpeting and on the floor, stains on carpeting and chairs, pots/pans, floors. The recessed light over the shower was literally dangling out of the ceiling, shower head shoots water all over the floor, the light in the kitchen was in-op, and covered in construction plastic to be repaired, everything except the glass top kitchen table had a solid amount of dust. The washer and dryer didn't include any detergent or fabric softener.
I reached out to vacasa during the stay, they did ask if we needed to have someone sent over regarding the light fixture in b/room, by the time they responded we'd already repositioned the light when we cleaned the condo.
I understand that a majority businesses are short-staffed and that covid has been a game changer. My recommendation for the safety, enjoyment and comfort of future renters is for the property manager to pause the rental of this property until it has been cleaned and repairs are made.

The condo was clean and well equipped. We made several meals here and had everything we needed. Location is handy to the mountain, and running in the area was scenic and safe.

Roomy, clean, and a great view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this condo. Comfortable and roomy, it's nice to see touches of the owner's taste throughout the home. It would have been easy to share this with another couple, but luckily we had it to ourselves. The kitchen comes equipped with all the basic items necessary for preparing meals. The balcony was very lovely to drink my morning tea on, and to have dinner. The view was VERY amazing, even on rainy/misty mornings!
My only critiques (and they are minor) are 1. the master shower was a tad tight for larger people like us, 2 the quality of the tv was pretty low, and we were watching Olympics off and on so for once the tv mattered, and 3. the living room sofas, while very roomy, do allow you to sink pretty far in, so not the most comfortable ever. Please note, these are very minor critiques; overall, we found the condo to be very nice and would stay there again.

Hiking around Mt Hood
The property was conveniently located for our Hiking Geocaching trip. Very roomy and really nice beds. We enjoyed a nice fire a couple nights after being caught in a cold rain. Wonderful place

Our stay was very pleasant, relaxed, and a vacation worth coming back for.My only disappointment was the light in the 2nd bathroom (it wasn't working) so, I used the bedroom lamp inside the bathroom. Lol Doing make-up in there was a challenge.

You can really tell that the owner spent time adding things to make sure their guests have a wonderful time. Not to mention the abundance of games to keep the kids occupied. Top notch accommodation. Great location and view, property needs better cleaning.
View of the mountains is spectacular and location was convenient to hiking trails. Condo decor is a bit dated and was not properly cleaned. Greasy fingerprints on the glass, oven was disgusting, shag carpet stained and still had food crumbs all over.

Clean condo, close to fun things to do!
We love staying here when we visit mount Hood. We hiked to beautiful waterfalls, kayaked a few times and visited Mount Hood. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a quiet getaway
Beautiful lush green Forests and overlooking a golf course make this a great place to experience the foothills of Mt. Hood. It is centrally located between Sandy and all of the ski areas on the west slopes of the mountain. wonderful lakes, trails, and local restaurants and shops to explore.

Everything was great except for cell phone service. Thank goodness the WiFi was strong. We had AT&T, and I had no service in the unit.

peaceful refuge
This Misty Ridge #651 was wonderful because there were no stairs to get into the condo, but elevated on the backside for views of the mountains, and the golf course. It was clean, and there was NO noise from anyone from any where around even though we had neighbors. The one surprise was a porta potty in our parking spot, with "caution" tape surrounding it. Workers put it there and VACASA told us we could park in the spot next to the "occupied one." It was the one small blip on an otherwise wonderful time. VACASA did take care of that problem quickly.
The furnishings were comfy and had warm tones. It was a bit warm inside, (NO AC) but there were portable fans which were for the living area and the bedroom, which took care of the extra warm afternoon. The location was perfect for golf and close to trails, and the town of Welches. We would certainly stay here again.

Very beautiful views and spacious condo.
Cleanliness lacking, not able to use Windows for cooling due to large holes in all screens except sliding door, tried to get some minor problems resolved calling number given, for 3 days without resolved never tried after that. Would not rent this again until these problems resolved.

Beautiful views
We were nervous starting off since google maps couldn’t find the address, got there and a porta potty was in the assigned parking spot for the unit, but pleasantly surprised when we went inside and it wasn’t under construction. We were able to find an unreserved place to park. The next morning we were able to see the view out the back windows and they are breathtaking. Close to lots of great hiking trails and outdoor adventures. Home is well kept, comfortable and perfectly equipped.

A little problem locating it on google maps and pulled in late at night to find a porta potty in our parking spot-thought we might have made a bad choice, but everything else was wonderful! Thanks for opening your home. My son thinks he may have left his wallet-please contact me ASAP if you find it as he’ll need it to fly out Tuesday.

Memorial weekend getaway
Our first comment when stepping into the house was this place is extremely clean and spotless! I have been to many vacation rentals in both Oregon and Washington and this is by far the most comfortable and clean among those we’d stay. We had a very great time staying here during our long weekends. There are gas station and grocery stores around here which make it very convenient as well. I will totally recommend this place to others!

Beautiful Area!
The property had the most magnificent view of the mountains I’ve ever seen! The condo is nice but very dated furniture. Couches need new cushions. We would still stay again. It was quiet,peaceful,and a very serene atmosphere.
