The house was clean spacious and accurate to their description. Kitchen wasn't fully stocked (no oil or butter) but the grocery store is a short drive.

Great trip! The house was clean and plenty of space for us. Only discrepancy is that the tablet with information on it said to put the towels on the washing machine. We opened the garage and the washing machine was blocked by a mattress and there were bags of laundry already on top. Nice to haves would be a smart TV in the family room so guests can stream content from their phones. And extra blankets would be nice - although not necessary in the summer - the winter months may be nice to have the We had an awesome time there though. Looking forward to coming back.

Peaceful location in a quiet cul de sac. Clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were all comfortable. Loved the deer that wondered the property and through the neighborhood.
Property manager was very helpful when we could not get into the house with the provided passcode for the door.

The professionalism from Paso Robles Vacation Rental made this the best VRBO experience. Everything was clean and ample amounts of towels and toiletries. Very organized kitchen. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the house has spectacular views off the backyard. Check in and out was very easy. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely one month winter stay in Paso Robles. The rental was clean and had the best well stocked rental kitchen I have ever seen. It was a quiet and secluded home. It was a challenging walk into town because of the hills, but it was nice to have a steep walk home after having dinner downtown.

Loved this property - great location high up - every early evening and morning at dawn - lots of deer grazing very close. Backyard was all fenced and great for viewing and our happy hours. Kitchen had everything we needed and rooms were nice and cozy. Very quiet area.

This property was better than the pictures. It had all the kitchen utensils you would need to cook, although there were so many wonderful restaurants in Paso we only made one meal while we were there. The house was the perfect size for us and another couple. It was within walking distance to town and just a short drive to the wineries we visited. I would definitely recommend. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a couple extra blankets.

Thank you for the great stay. We stayed with two other couples and we all enjoyed the VRBO. It was clean and accommodated us all very well. The backyard was great to sit out and enjoy before we had dinner. The coffee and creamer was well supplied and the kitchen amenities was supplied very well, better than most. We had cooked dinner for six and there was enough cookware for us to use. I would come back and stay.

This was the perfect find for a small group visiting the Paso area. This quaint but spacious house is nicely located a few minutes away in the hills just west of downtown. A very relaxing environment and a great alternative to the sky-high weekend hotel prices. The deck in the back is the perfect place to relax after a day of wine tasting.

Was good. Were a little disappointed that my whole family couldn’t spend a little time out on the back deck. And very upsetting that the grounds crew showed up and started blowing leaves and dirt before we were even out of there. Dirt and debris all over our cars. Also my wife has asthma very bad so the dust was not good for her lungs.

Our vacation rental was perfect for our group of 5. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and saw numerous deer each morning. We even were able to walk to downtown Paso for dinner. We had an issue with the wifi and the maintenance team fixed it straight away, amazing service! Great location, comfortable beds. Would def return on our next trip!

We rented this house for ourselves and 2 other couples for one of their birthdays. This home was clean, with a lovely large outdoor space with a view. It is just a few minute drive into downtown. All guests enjoyed and had a great time!

Overall the property was great! The only complaint/ suggestion was the master bathroom shower? It took over 8 minutes for the hot water to cycle and the shower head should be replaced with an option more convenient for the user! Low flow shower heads are something that need to be reevaluated given the water being wasted to get the hot water to cycle! You fix that problem and we will be back!

Western Woodland was the perfect home for 3 friends to meet and share a few days in Paso Robles. Although it was chilly and we couldn't sit on the beautiful patio we stayed cozy inside and watched deer from the living room and Stellar blue jays from the kitchen. A special shout out to Jason who helped us figure out small problems with TV / cable and the water heater. All in all, we had a lovely mid-week trip at a beautiful time of year.
