We stayed at the B&B for a week to celebrate our anniversary. Ronit Pini and Ash were incredible hosts!! We loved the delicious breakfast everyday, and loved the gorgeous garden and pool. We had such a great time. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful! They even had flowers waiting for us upon arrival with an anniversary balloon! So sweet and thoughtful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is a jewel of a property, exceeded only by the friendliness and attentiveness of my most excellent hosts, Ronit and Pini, and Dog Ash of course.
The setting, the service, the breakfasts and the accomodations are all superlative! I travel to Los Angeles often, but I'll say, I'm done looking for any other place to stay if the "Life is Good" B&B is available for my future trips.
There are so many excellent reviews of these accomodations, and they are very well deserved.
So let me just heap on more praise and say thank you to my wonderful hosts for making a very special trip all the more special and enjoyable.

This is a MUST do again property. 1st, the hosts are awesome!! Ash (beautiful dog) is so sweet.. Ronit's breakfast is The best! The backyard is AWESOME, the flowers, the pool.. the room is cozy, the bed is comfy and the AC kicks.. one of the best properties we've visited and hands down best hosts.

We loved staying with Ronit and Pini, who are marvelous hosts and friendly, interesting, loving people. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome in so many ways.
In the evening we were given a menu card so that we could customize the next day’s breakfast, which Ronit cooked for us. We were treated to fresh coffee, expresso, tea, orange juice, eggs cooked as you like them, muffins, croissants, scones, real butter and jams, bacon, cheeses, fresh cut fruit and a chopped Mediterranean salad.
When you enter the property you walk through a courtyard with flowers and an orange tree before entering your room. Inside the room there were various drinks in the refrigerator, coffee K cups, a coffeemaker, and fast wifi.
The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a step in the bedroom to be mindful of. A sliding glass door opens to a fenced-in area with a beautiful pool and a large picnic table with an umbrella.
The property is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood near the intersection of Highway 405 and 101 in Sherman Oaks. We did not hear street noise. This is a great location where you have quick access to The Getty Center, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Hills, Laurel Canyon, and Universal Studios. There is also a Whole Foods and a Costco nearby.
We are so fortunate to get to know Ronit and Pini. They are the best hosts you could have, and we hope to come back and stay with them again!

Breakfast was delicious (especially the French toast), our teen loved the pool, and Ash was an added bonus. We could not be happier. This B&B definitely lives up to its “Life is Good” name.

My husband and I came to Los Angeles to visit my daughter. I found this cute place 10 minutes from them. I felt safe in the area of Sherman Oaks. Ronit and Pini (and their dog, Ash), made us feel very welcome! Ronit goes above and beyond with beautiful breakfasts each day! We felt spoiled. The studio bnb is a little snug, but room for two. It has a small bathroom with shower. A very comfortable bed made our nights restful. Its too cold this time of year, but a pool is available if weather permits it. We did enjoy some time by the pool for R&R. We visited The Japanese Gardens, The Getty Museum, Griffith Planetarium, and a Science museum. A very reasonable, and comfortable place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at this B&B! The location for us was perfect. Ronit greeted us with a big hug, showed us around the room, and told us all about the property, their history of the B&B and how it started. They are a lovely couple that really care about their guests. The food was amazing, and Pini surprised us with some of his specialties that weren't on the daily menu! Ash greeted us every morning and escorted us to the dining room. There was ample street parking, which was very nice, as parking in L.A. can sometimes be difficult. We were very comfortable here, and will be back.

The bed was comfortable and I slept so well. The shower has plenty of water pressure and toiletries are provided.
Breakfast every morning sitting by the pool was heavenly! Ronit made a wonderful breakfast each morning with plenty of options to choose from, just be sure to “place your order” the night before.
Parking was a cinch! Plenty of parking and no need to move your car for street sweeping.
Costco and Target are close by for your shopping needs. Easy access to the Freeway, or taking the surface streets is convenient too.
I will be staying at Life Is Good B&B when I return for my next visit to Los Angeles.

AMAZING!! We couldn’t have wished for a better place - the property is lovely, nestled in an oasis of calm. All the thoughtful touches in the room add a feeling of staying in a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was just superb- there was such a choice & everything was delicious ( you absolutely must try the specials) It was so lovely to be greeted by the gorgeous Ash each morning & we chose to eat outside by the pool - a gorgeous setting. This is a beautiful, cozy proper that almost makes you feel like you’ve escaped the city. The owners were super friendly and made the stay very comfortable. My daughter and I had busy days planned out and about in the city but we both wished we had planned more time to just relax on the property. Ronit and Ash are the sweetest and the property is so cute! The garden was so full of greenery, the pool was serene and the lighting at night was so romantic. It felt very private. Pool was dirty. The suite was clearly not freshened up by wiping down the bathroom or tables. Fridge had old pops from previous guests and also dirty.

Linens i was a little concerned abouy a prior review with cigar smoke, but that was a problem.
