Disfrute de una estancia tranquila en nuestra encantadora casa de campo en el centro de todo: el centro, CSU Chico, Farmers Market, Bidwell Park. Tenemos bicicletas de crucero para nuestros clientes a utilizar, así como las comodidades habituales para hacer su viaje fácil y divertido.
Los patios delanteros y traseros están vallados y el porche delantero está preparado para relajarse. Ventiladores de techo en cada habitación y árboles maduros mantener la casa fresca. Cada habitación y la sala de estar tienen una ventana a / c unidad. Las 2 camas Queen son nuevas, con sábanas de 1000 hilos. En el salón, nuestro sofá se convierte en una cama también. Dos camas de aire están disponibles (en BR 1 armario) también. La cocina tiene una cafetera, licuadora, microondas, lavavajillas y todos los elementos esenciales (incluso los tazones de perro y una cama de perro!). Justo afuera hay una barbacoa de gas y un patio con mesa de picnic para disfrutar del tranquilo jardín.

This house is a beautiful! It’s a renovated Victorian within easy walking distance to downtown without being right in the middle of the the party houses. The house has a very chill and relaxing vibe. The host is very responsive and it’s great to stay here.

The house's spacious kitchen is a gathering place. And the front porch is great stop for parents and to kids returning from school in the PM.

Cook's garden, rose bushes, and burgeoning loquat and orange trees gave the property a feeling of abundance. The house is homey rather than elegant. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and family time. And the front porch is cool in the early day, a nice place to sip coffee and meet people on their way to downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location is convenient for walks downtown. We were delighted to have access to three serviceable bicycles, which made for a breezy ride through nearby Bidwell Park. We'd definitely return.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet is close to a main thoroughfare as well as downtown. We visited the mountains to see the snow, Orovile Dam, and restaurants in downtown Chico and all were easily accessible.

Perfect little Chico house for our returning alumni getaway weekend. Perfect distance to downtown restaurants and bars without being in the thick of party houses. We walked everywhere and enjoyed this cute neighborhood. The house was perfect for bringing our dog. The backyard is enclosed and there's a side yard with a nice lawn. They even had a dog bed and dog bowl there. The hosts were very accommodating and made the process easy. I would def stay here again.

My husband, myself and our 15 pound Havanese dog stayed at the property for three nights.. We were in Chico to help care for a terminally ill close friend.. I love this older section of Chico, with it’s charming homes. The house provided everything we needed.

This house is a perfect chico getaway.
The house common areas feel large and well furnished.
The location is perfection. Walking to/from dinner and drinks was easy.
The yard is fantastic for hangs and for the dogs.
There were bikes and a bike lock for cruising downtown or the campus.
Parking was plentiful. We parked right in front of the house every night.
The water was hot and with good pressure and the towels were plentiful, soft and absorbent.
It’s a perfect chico bungalow in just the right spot.
We will stay here again.

We loved everything about this home. Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the details of the house. Wish we could have stayed longer but this is the way it worked out with ouor schedules. Very clean, quiet and close to downtown. We also loved being so close to beautiful Bidwell Park. The roses in the front are beautiul. Very beautifully maintained home! Thank you!

Our Birdwatching Trip
Overall, we really liked it, the kitchen was perfect. Water pressure and temps were perfect throughout house. Love the trash and recycle set up. Closets and storage were great. Location was very good for walkers or those who wanted the down town area close.
Suggestions: Air condition units are covered by drapes, so you have to lift curtains or as we did tie them up. Privacy then is an issue. Lighting in front bedroom is sparse. Carpet needs replacing since it is pet friendly, perhaps manufactured wood?

Charming little house
This is a charming little house. It was very clean inside and out. Perfect size for 3-6 people. My only complaint is that the curtains are see through which limits privacy and allows too much sun in during the early morning hours.

Perfect house for small families or two couples. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Basic kitchen but everything I needed. Excellent choice.
