great location for a Tampa trip. Lovely clean property and well equipped.

unfortunately the covered lanai needed maintenance and we could not use it which is a great shame.

Entire house.

The home is not really comfortable. It was filthy. Huge cockroach crawled put and died on the floor. All the beds were dirty snd the master bed was so smelly I couldn't go in. Hair on the kitchen utensils. They sent a cleaner after I requested my cleaning fee be refunded. They refused. Couch was filthy and made me itch every time I got near it. Not much on tv if you don't already have your own subscriptions. Neighbors were a nightmare! They insulted me as soon as I arrived and continued to harass me during the stay. The kids were disrespectful too. I checked in a little early but I wish that they had just said it was not available if they could not clean it. They were responsive but they knew it wasnt clean. You can hear noise from neighboring properties that carry through the house and it sounds like they re in the home. Sounded like people were right over my head. There are roosters in the neighborhood that make a lot of noise. There's an extra bed and bath that is locked off from the rest of the home. Didn't know if someone was in there. It was very, very dirty. I didn't have a productive time because of the distractions. I had groceries delivered and they went to the store to get my information and what I bought. Being quiet and respectful was not good enough for them. They were terrorists. Looking in Windows, etc. At your own risk. Neighbors threatened me not to write a review.

My family enjoyed being here. It was better than being at a hotel stuck in rooms together. They enjoyed the pool table and the patio. Whenever I reached out to the host they reached back in a timely manner.

It was clean and very beautiful. They were very inclusive with welcoming instructions in French, Spanish and English.

The description said two bathrooms however it was one full bathroom and one shower with sink. However they worked out great. Just wish the description included that information.
