We travel often and have rented many houses. This one was exceptionally clean and comfortable. we loved having the toiletries available and the very generous coffee bar to meet everybody’s caffeine needs.
Beds and pillows and linens and kitchen appliances and gadgets were all in excellent condition and quality.
Our favorite thing was the huge lounge couch in the living room. A fun place for all of us to hang out.
Communication was my only frustration. Almost all of the communications were very wordy and should have been simplified to get right to the point of our concerns. We had a new credit card issued from the time we booked the house until we showed up. Trying to finalize the paperwork and deal with wordy Emails was a bit confusing and exhausting.
However, their communication was quick and attentive, and it all worked out in the end.

What an amazing place to stay we picked this house because it is 16 mins from the ice rink my sons team had a tournament at the host was amazing and easy to communicate with would recommend and stay again if we have any other tournaments again

What a great VRBO experience! The owners really made this trip easy. From coffee and cream at the ready to a home that was as nice as the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days. A little swimming in the heated pool, a couple games of pool and such a clean home that allows pets but you would never know.

We had an overall great experience. The house was super clean, perfectly accomodated and communication with management was top notch. Everyone felt the beds were comfortable and having USB chargers next to each bed was convenient.
Will definitely book again if in the area.

Amazing!
10 of us stayed for a golf trip. One of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed! Very clean very spacious! The host was very tentative! We had more then enough space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. I reached out to the host for corn hole boards, sadly they didn’t have any but they did get us some! 😀
If you are coming for a golf trip I recommend Plantation Palms less then 20 minutes away.

We were traveling to Tampa for a tournament with 12 people. This place fit us perfect. Plenty of space to sleep but also for hanging out. It has a very large couch and the open floor plan makes it easy to gather around.
We didnt have any issues with getting in and it was very smooth from start to finish. We travel to Tampa every January and would consider this place again.

This place is a hidden gem. Don't be detracted from the neighborhood or entrance, both are deceiving. The interior was remodeled and modern and has everything you need and more! It was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with tableware, glassware, appliances (even a coffee bean grinder) and coffee to-go cups with lots of k-cups. The bathrooms felt like a hotel, with shampoo and shower gel dispensers. There were even sealed toothbrushes and toothpastes. The sofa was huge and comfortable. There were smart tv's in every room with streaming services. My only complaint would be the soft mattress. My personal preference is a firm mattress.

Awesome Property!!! The host was very responsive and the property met all expectations. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had an open concept which was great for the entire family. The house was very clean and the setup in the bedrooms was very spacious and was adequate for the family to spread out. The kitchen had all items for preparing meals if desire. The property was a great a value for amenities and centrally located to various entertainments and close to the airport. I recommend this property to for potential guest. I rated the property 5 Stars. I recommend this property to my family members, friends, and co-workers.

This house was perfect for our family. It slept so many people no problem, beautiful open floor plan, and a great pool for relaxing in. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was important for our young kids and our early bed times. So close to Busch Gardens and we were in need of absolutely nothing at the house- this house had it all and they reached out a few times just to make we didn’t need anything. It truly felt like a home- a very clean and new home with all the comforts we could possibly need. We would definitely come back!

Great place! We had a group of 9 and everyone had an amazing time. Lots of space and beds for everyone along with a variety of things to do at the house. Definitely recommend staying here!

his house was perfect for our group of 12! Plenty of beds to sleep in and very roomy! It was a great location for us doing Disney one day, the beach another day, and Zoo Tampa another! It was very clean and communication was amazing! Great place to stay!

This was such a great place to stay. Conveniently located to everything we needed. It was really clean and well presented. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable. And on and on… it was such a great place to stay. Communication was the best I’ve had. They really did a nice job. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The house is just as it is in the pictures, the place was very well cleaned and the amenities were great!!! They had everything that you could need from pots to pans to silverware to all the utensils even spices, plates, glasses, it was awesome!! Definitely we will be staying there when we come back for our next vacation!! Mark and the other people from the Empeor staff were very responsive and receptive to all our communications; they were just as awesome as the house.

Overall a great place for families. Plenty of space, tv and entertainment for everyone. The cameras were a bit excessive in my opinion though. No Wi-Fi issues, pool heated perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked (utensils, cookware, Tupperware) which is a HUGE advantage especially when traveling with family and don’t want to spend a fortune eating out all the time. Neighborhood is definitely quiet which is helpful if you have small kids.

The hosts are extremely responsive and communicative from start to finish. If you have any questions or need anything at all you would wait minutes if that for a response. The house itself is extremely well stocked and very modern. It feels like a brand new house and you won’t even have to leave with all the entertainment there. I highly recommend this location and the hosts!

Tampa Golf Trip
Booked this property for 4 adults playing golf in the Tampa area. The house is clean, comfortable and fully renovated. Great place to stay if you're going to be in the area. Recommended.

Great Stay for Price and Location
I rented this house for my competitive dance team that was in Tampa for a competition. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as hang out. The living room was great for watching movies in the evening, and the pool was fantastic to spend the afternoon in. The house was convenient to all of the interstates as well as things to do in the area (we went to the aquarium). And only an hour drive from the beach was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here!
