Beautiful condo and location. Beach is fantastic with cabanna's, umbrella's, loungers for rent steps from the condo. Nice pool and hot tub. Publix and several good restaurants are within walking distance. Tom was easy to contact and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time on Treasure Island and highly recommend this host and condo.

The condo is as advertised and the location and beach views are amazing. The property was convenient to get in and around town. Close to several awesome restaurants. Would definitely recommend this for your next trip.

Great property. Condo was very comfortable for 5 Adults. ( one on hide a bed). View was awesome. Location convenient for what we wanted. Would recommend and would stay again.

The condo was small but nice. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, Publix etc.. Parking is an issue if you have more than one vehicle. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Recommend taking trash bags and detergents. Communicating with the owner was difficult. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent Place to stay and go to the beach. There was beach chairs, toys and coolers in the closet.
The place is bigger that the pictures appear, the beach is right off the back of the condo, covered parking is another bonus.
We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we all slept comfortably.
Everything else we needed, restaurants, shops, grocery store all within a few minutes of each other.
100% would stay again.

The property was perfect for my wife and I, with a four day visit from our son. Located right on the Gulf, we could watch sunsets on the large balcony, or walk down to the beach in a couple minutes. Treasure Island is a fun city, with many good restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at this property.

Perfect place to catch the sunset on the patio or rooftop deck. Plenty of eateries close by. Our favorite for breakfast was Frog Pond and lunch or dinner Sea Dog. We spent most of the time on the beach and relaxing.

I'm big on cleanliness - so the place was clean and functional. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and everything worked as it should. The location is not particularly attractive off the main road.The strength of the place is access to the Beach. The view is great and the beach is very walkable. Also, you get a convenient parking space.

The condo was exactly as advertised, and the owner/property manager was extremely easy to work with. The sunsets were even more amazing than what we expected. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The property is ideally located for short 1/2 mile walks to restaurants or maybe 5-10 minute drives when we went a little further down Gulf Blvd. We definitely hope to come again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the treasure Island beach condo. The view is amazing. Outside of the weather being a little chillier than we would like. The location was amazing and everybody was friendly along with convenient restaurants in great places to walk.

Loved the view of the ocean and beach, near many restaurants. Condos were very quiet and private. Furnished with everything you would need. Great place to stay. We did not need a 2 bedroom but wanted 2 bathrooms and it was worth the extra price. Thanks Tom and Kim !

We really enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed in the condo. The sunsets are beautiful! It’s also a very quiet strip which is always nice! Short drive to St Pete, Fort de Soto, Clearwater! Location is the best!

We went for an off season beach vacation. The condo had a great view of the beach and a quick walk from the door to the water. Chairs, beach towels and a cooler were available. Everything we needed to really enjoy our time on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast to enjoy on the balcony while watching the ocean. Just a great experience!

My family of three stayed at this condo over the long Labor Day weekend. The check in process was easy and quick (check in at the Bay side condo across the street). I loved the location of this condo as it is a corner unit on the fourth floor with unobstructed views of the beach!
The condo does have a small pool and whirl pool/hot tub but we ended up never using it. The unit was stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen, toiletries and as well as beach chairs and some pool and beach toys.

My family really enjoyed the property. The condo was clean, well maintained and quiet. Lots of linens and kitchen items/appliances were available as well as beach chairs and a small umbrella. The location is perfect as it faces the beach. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in. Though our condo looked out over the Gulf of Mexico, we loved having access to the gulf side and the inlet side. We fished off the dock from the inlet side while playing on the beach from the Gulf side. Unit was very easy to access and the AC cooled down the unit quickly! Loved having the 2 bedroom 2 baths for the perfect privacy. Stunning views and balconies from the family room and master bedroom were a treat for sure. We plan on staying their again and again.

Condo was just as described. Beautiful view and we loved the tall chairs! Thomas was great to work with! He answered all my questions quickly. This was the perfect getaway after my daughter's volleyball tournament in Orlando. Would definitely book again.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Condo (A+). The view from inside the condo and spacious balcony is exceptional. The balcony is very private and close enough to the gulf that you felt like you were on the beach. Having Island Girl Beach Rentals right in front of the condo was nice! Another nice touch was having beach towels provided by the owner.

3. Amenities (A+). The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Including two coffee makers and a washer/dryer which is a big a plus.
4. Condo Property (A). It’s worth mentioning that the grounds were clean and well maintained.
5. Beach (A+). The beach was perfect. Soft powder white sand with no rock or coral areas. Easy flat beach to walk or ride bikes on. The beach is also very private.
6. General Area (B+) the high grade is for how quiet the area is in general. It’s very narrow between the gulf and the inlet so it is not very populated. The only downside of the area (which is expected because it is not congested) is there are few options for food/drinks without driving. Publix grocery store is just a block away which was really nice.
7. Summary: if we come back to this area - which is very likely - this is a property we would vacation in again.

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was as advertised and had a great location on a non-crowded beach and within many amenities (putt putt golf, Publix, beach bars, etc.). It was also nice to have two pools with one on the ocean and one on the intercoastal. The unit was well equipped and had a good amount of beach toys and gear. The only negative was when we arrived the unit was not cleaned from the last tenant. The owner was very quick to rectify the issue and worked to make it right. The only downside was it delayed the start of our beach vacation a few hours.

Our family consisting of four adult and two children ages 9 and 11 have visited various beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast, including Southwest FL and the Panhandle. This was the BEST trip ever! The condo was perfect inside and out and had the feeling of a home, not a rental. The unit was well appointed and modern. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. We loved the ocean front balcony with its tall chairs and side tables and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine with the fabulous ocean front view. The community pool was small, but we spent our time at the beach. Treasure Island is my new Favorite Beach and community. There were several good restaurants and a fun water slide within walking distance and tennis and golf were close by. We all give this unit and beach two thumbs up. We will definitely be back!
