Alberto has a beautiful home, beautifully decorated and a great location. Loved the historical /modern design combination. It truly felt like staying in a friend's home who had thoughtfully left you with everything you needed, and information to enjoy the area. Communication with Chari and Ana for arrival and departure was excellent, making for a strees-free weekend with old friends. We would definitely repeat!

Choosing a vacation rental as a destination and not a location might seem like a risky proposition. However, for us it was a fantastic choice. The magnificent Palace House and the charming city of Jerez was a perfect stop on our tour of the south of Spain. The house was extraordinary and unique. The combination of historical architecture, modern amenities, and the host Alberto’s attention to detail, made for a five-star experience. From the initial booking, to the end our stay, Alberto made sure our experience in his special home was wonderful! Every morning my husband, friends, and I would have a leisurely breakfast (sourced from a local bakery) while overlooking the quaint plaza below from the third level modern second kitchen and dining/seating area. We also spent time on the sunny outside patios and rooftop pool area. An add blessing to our stay was Carmen, the daily housekeeper. Not only did she keep the house immaculate, she easily communicated with us to make sure all of our needs were met, even though we spoke a different language. Although Jerez is a magical town, one of our favorite memories will be the day spent relaxing around this extraordinary house, enjoying all of its amenities.

La casa es una pasada; el emplazamiento perfecto, vas andando a todos los sitios. La atención y ayuda por parte de Vilma ha sido muy buena, es un encanto de persona. Si tengo que poner alguna pequeña mejora es que si se es mucha gente, como nosotros que éramos 9, el horno es pequeño y un lavavajillas sería de gran ayuda. Pero en general volveríamos encantados mañana mismo.

The villa is amazing. It’s hard to imagine that the pictures are much less exciting than the real thing. The housekeeper Vilma was fantastic and made sure we always had what we needed. The location is perfect with three places to eat dinner literally outside the door.

Centrica, bien ubicada, alojamiento muy cuidado . Vilma siempre pendiente para ayudar. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Detalle de bienvenida con racion de tapas del lugar y buen vino, flores frescas . Nos encanto.

we are a group of friends and this is the second time in a row that we have picked this location in occasion of the "Feria del Caballo". Arriving in this palace is always a great emotion! As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Wilma the maid has opened the main door and welcome us into our new home. After a toast with a nice bottle of Fino and some Jamon Iberico de Bellota , Wilma has shown us around al the new novelties added on the palace. This is what really amaze me, from last year the owner has added new toilets and showers for a total of 4 units this makes a big difference and it was for as a positive and unexpected surprise. In the morning Wilma was offering us fresh brewed coffe, her discrete presence has been really appreciated! In particular when back from the Feria our rooms were all properly ordered and the beds done. in the morning we have always found our dusty boots from the feria perfectly clean. Amazing! Without asking she has always been a step head make sure that nothing was left out. The two bars right out side the palace are great for eating and drinking even if is late at night. We had the chance to purchase some food and wine and drink it at the place even though it was 1 am in the morning. We highly reccomend this site to all small group of friends or family 7 to 10 persons, this place allows to maintain the proper privacy and at the same time to share moments all together. A big difference was made by the Wifi speed and the stereo system which we manage with our persona hones. If you wish to prepare meals the kitchen is very well equipped and allows plenty of space for more than one person to cook at the same time. The dining room is nice and cozy perfect for dinners among friends!

Merci pour le séjour absolument fantastique. La maison est parfaite et très bien tenue. Située en centre ville historique, tout est à faire à pieds. Et merci à Vilma qui s’occupe parfaitement de ses hôtes.

What an incredible house and in such a perfect setting. We had a great trip and the accommodation really made it One of the evenings we put the kids to bed and the restaurant next door delivered food to our dining room table - what service! Just fantastic! Thank you Alberto for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home.

This house is amazing. Three floors of marble. Big enough for at least 12. Jerez is a sleepy town. A car would be beneficial. There are plenty of places to eat and drink withing 5 minutes of the house. Highly recommend.

Casa Palacio Perez Luna is a pearl situated in the center of Jerez within a walking distance to all the major attractions such as the Cathedral, wineries, restaurants and El recinto ferial home of the Feria del Caballo. It is the ideal site for families or group of friends. All the rooms are decorated with good taste and elegance. The lay out of the structures allows a few common areas where the guests can spend time together and listen to the music from the central stereo system. At the same time it is possible to find areas to enjoy moment of privacy for reading a book or responding to business emails. The kitchen is very well geared up with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots of every sort. The dining room has plenty of space to enjoy meals to 12 persons. These rooms are nicely decorated and the environment makes you feel at home. If you are not in the mood to cook right outside the door it is possible to find two taps where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. Logistically the site is located close to 2 major public parking lots open 24 hours, in here it is possible to park large cars or minivans. In the same area it is possible to find taxis. In the last 5 years we have been coming back to Jerez every year and we have spent time in several hotels and apartments, Casa Perez Luna is definitely the best choice and we are looking forward to come back next year.

nous avons passé 4 jours inoubliables dans un magnifique palais. Nous reviendrons assurément, et pour un séjour plus long. tout le monde était ravis. L 'accueil était extra, les gens très gentils. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. merci énormément , c'était formidable.

Palacete de lujo en el centro de Jerez. Situación inmejorable en el casco antiguo. Hay dos parquings públicos a 3 minutos. Ideal para 10 -12 personas. Para ir a la Feria, taxis y autobuses a 2 minutos a pie. Zona tranquila, poca circulación de coches, bares con terracitas, tiendas de comestibles y mercado muy cerca. Recibidos, atendidos y despedidos por la asistenta Chari. Encantadora, discreta y super amable, ha cuidado todos los detalles. Gran sorpresa al llegar y encontrarnos una cesta de productos típicos como detalle de bienvenida ( nada habitual) y música ambiente. Palacete completamente equipado, luminoso, habitaciones íntimas, independientes y amplias, varias medidas de toallas para todos, no falta de nada, decorado con excelente gusto, cómodo, simplemente espectacular. Alberto nos ha hecho sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa, pendiente en todo momento de nuestra comodidad y de que no nos faltara nada. Recibimos también buenos consejos de dónde comer y tapear. Lástima que nuestra visita ha sido corta, no lo hemos podido disfrutar como se merece. Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia y si hay ocasión, repetiremos seguro.

Reunion familiar en Jerez, ocho adultos y dos niños. La casa, palacete, esta muy bien situada, en el centro de Jerez lo que permite realizar muchas cosas a pie. Hay un parking muy cerquita. La casa es muy grande pero tiene distintos espacios acogedores para reunirse. La decoración esta hecha con mucho gusto y es funcional Es un privilegio tener las antiguas murallas de Jerez en la habitación El propietario es muy amable y atento para contestar a cualquier duda y aconsejar para las diversas actividades cerca de Jerez. La persona que se ocupa de la casa un encanto. Muchas gracias pour el detalle del árbol de Navidad. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de nuestra estancia y agradecemos haber podido disfrutar de la casa. Nous avons eu l'occasion de fêter Noël à Jerez, réunion de famille huit adultes et deux enfants. La maison est accueillante et très bien placée au centre de Jerez , ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied et il y a un parking payant pas très loin. La literie est très confortable, la maison est magnifiquement entretenue. Le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe de la maison sont très aimables et ils sont prêts à résoudre nos doutes et à nous orienter pour que le séjour soit bien agréable. Merci Alberto de nous avoir permis de partager ce petit palace.

We have just returned from Andalucía where in early November the weather was warm and gorgeous and the sky blue. Jerez De La Frontera is a small and accessible city with lots of very interesting things to do all within walking distance and lots of delicious options for affordable eating. We very much enjoyed a day out to Cádiz only half an hour away and swimming off a lovely sandy beach. The palace is a dream house and location we all just loved it and left hoping we would be back one day.

Truly a wonderful property, not only is the Palace breathe taking but it is extremely comfortable and the level of cleanliness is outstanding. Can not wait to visit Jerez again! Hopefully this property will accommodate my family again. Every inch is a delight. From the wonderful entrance to the spectacular main bedroom!

Una maravilla para poder disfrutar de Jerez. El Palacete es impresionante en todos los sentidos. No solo por su imponente fachada, sino también por su interior decorado con un gusto exquisito. Un patio interior favorece la entrada de luz en el interior creando una atmósfera cálida. Por ultimo, la terraza-azotea permite terminar la jornada al aire libre disfrutando de un gin tonic. Insisto una auténtica maravilla. Por ultimo, destacar la amabilidad tanto de su propietario como de la persona encargada de realizar la recepción. Un Puente del pilar para recorder. Seguro que volveremos!
