This was one of the best beach houses we stayed at. The rooms was spacious and clean. With having 10 people in the house there was enough room for family time and privacy time! Great location and the shuttle service was amazing when transporting us to and from the pools and beach area!!

This house was absolutely beautiful and clean! ITrip made it so easy for us to get checked in and didn’t miss a single detail in their welcome packet. Just a few steps from wonderful pools and beach access, plus restaurants and shopping right around the corner, this was ideal for our family. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time celebrating our kid’s college graduations. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Loved the layout of the villa. The resort / pool was a short walk with plenty of chairs and a swim up bar. Easy check in and check out. If I had to nit pick it would be with the cleaners. The floors could use a really good scrubbing. The front entry rug has stains on it and the walls had lots of scuff marks. It could use a refresh. None of this affected our stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

The house worked out perfectly for our trip for a family wedding. 3 couples used the single bed rooms and my son and his cousin shared the room with two queen beds. Quiet area and everyone would congregate on the deck in the morning for coffee it was a great. Took advantage of the added discount on golf with my sons and being able to go to the beach and have use of the bathroom at the pool instead of having to go back to the house was convenient.

Check in was smooth! We really enjoyed the home. We are an older group I must say, so the stairs give a bit of a workout but worth the effort! The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable! Great location, close to fun and dining!

This is our second year staying in this house and we love it! The house is large, spacious, and very comfortable. The resort is beautiful, convenient, and has a ton of amenities. The location is is unbeatable in regards to shops and restaurants nearby. Hope to be back next year!

There were 9 of us 4 adults and 5 teens and there was plenty of room. House was very clean. Best part was the porch! Enjoyed sitting having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night. The walk to pools and beaches was very short distance. Definitely would book again!

Beautiful house and great location, however the bedrooms were not as clean as they should have been. Lots and lots of dust on the headboard, under and around the beds. Bedroom floors have not been cleaned in a while. Cleaners performed surface cleaning only.

Our first time renting through iTrip but it won’t be our last! What a pleasant experience! We arrived just after their office closed, but was able to pick up our packet at their lock box. Our house was beautiful and so well taken care of! We had previously rented thru the resort for our first two stays but so glad we found iTrip! We love the location (right across from Barefoot Landing, and walking distance to so many restaurants) and steps to the beach, can’t beat that view! We had an amazing spring break, already counting down the days until next year!

This was our first vacation with our children and 3 grandchildren. This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for 3 families, a well stocked kitchen, a spacious living room and nice front porch. It was a short walk to the beautiful pool area and beach. We would definitely come back.

The home was nice and well furnished. One of the shower curtain rods was broken and tub stopped up. Guest came upstairs to shower
The cleaning crew only dusted the surface plants were full of dust as well as picture and mirror frame. Floor between kitchen and living room was sticky as well as the drawer pul of the drawer that held the scissors.The pool and beach were very nice. However they were further than we thought. two of us couldn't walk that far and had to wait each time for a golf cart, that was provided, to pick us up and bring us back.
I would have preferred to talk to the owner about this instead of not giving a 5 star rating.

Beautiful home with awesome amenities. Indoor/Outdoor pool, full gym, Tesla charging area and much more. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants and the Shopping Outlets.
Heads up, passes and code are given only at their office and you have to return them back for the 10am on checkout day. The good news is their office is literally 5 minutes away and easily accessible.
We loved the cleanliness and functionality of the home. I’d love to come back to visit again!

We arranged a family getaway with our adult children, grandchildren staying Oct. 1 -6 Wonderful home, location, area and an easy walk to the beach. The home is as pictured and clean.
Hurricane Ian did not impact this area too much with the exception of the various pools at the resort which were flooded out and were not available during our stay. Act of nature.

The pictures of this house do not do any justice. This house is amazing. Great location and very spacious. There was a total of 8 adults on this trip and it accommodated all of us and then some. The property is located on a very quiet street and the location of the resort area is perfect. Definitely had a great stay and can't wait to book it again next year.

We had a multi-generational family vacation and this was a great house for everyone! It was a close walk to all the resort amenities but still a relaxing atmosphere (especially the top porch)! This house was set up really well that all the living space was in the same area to allow everyone to spend time together. The decorations were beautiful and the house was very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Great Time @ 4980 Salt Creek Ct.
This rental was great period! I could tell the house was extra clean up to Covid guidelines. That was very reassuring for my family! We had a great time. Very spacious. Had slight issue with the dining table. But maintenance was very attentive to that issue. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Winter vacation
We arrived a little later than our check in but the packet pick up process was very easy. When we first arrived on the property it was not as clean as we expected however the maintenance team did a great job at getting people over to the property to clean right away and they absolutely made up for the inconvenience!! The stay was great over all and the home is comfortable and beautiful.

Exceptional location and property for a few days of fun!
This house had everything you needed. Close proximity to the pools, ocean and shops. We loved the front porch and bedrooms were large and accommodating. So thankful for the early checkin and smoothness of getting into our house. We loved every minute of it except not an ideal place for trick or treating! HAHA But kids LOVED the heated pools at the resort. Unforgettable time!!

Recommendations: address palmetto bugs. Provide small portions of dishwasher and laundry detergent. Last- we followed instructions regarding setting out trash cans but they were not emptied either day.

Amazing house!
We stayed in the home for a bachelorette trip and it was amazing! Perfect distance to the pools and ocean. There were a lot of great restaurants and fun things to do located near by also! Great location and very well kept home.
