All the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting with a view. We loved the split floor plan with king bed rooms on separate floors. Great living room with big sofa everyone could lounge on, convenient to all of Wailea and quick trips to Kihei.

We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!

It was a very heartfelt visit to our beloved Maui following the devasting fires on the Island. In hindsight, we are so happy that we kept all of our plans.
My Partner and Dearest Friends hold close to heart so many cherished times on the Island. These trips are not only based on the beautiful surroundings, but also, and more importantly, the beautiful people. It was bittersweet arriving in Paradise for vacation, knowing that so many have suffered such devastating losses. However, coming from the hospitality industry, each of us know how important this revenue stream is to any destination. Our comrades in arms rely on tourism dollars to rebuild lives and livelihoods.
In that spirit, we were welcomed and embraced. The home was immaculate, well-appointed and professionally supported by a team eager to assist with our needs. Thank you for providing us another treasured memory and we do trust that others will follow without hesitation, for all the right reasons. Such a lovely experience.

This home was everything we had hoped for and more. The pictures show the house exactly how it is. If I needed anything guest services responded quickly. The home is spacious, clean and very modern. We had everything we needed and more! The view from the lanai was fabulous. The pool was so pretty and relaxing. I would highly recommend this facility. We were so thankful for the opportunity to stay there.

Been to wailea many times stayed in various hotels and STVRs. Expected a lot and received it with this Hoolei property. Spotless clean condition. Multiple provided beach chairs and umbrellas a big bonus. Interior decor is a four seasons vibe.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Your villa is so lovely and every thoughtful touch and supply was provided for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for dining and enjoying the beach and shopping. We so appreciated the beach towels and chairs and coolers to enjoy our time outdoors. The pool and fitness center were great as well as the ease of access to the beach and the Grand Wailea. We also loved how well maintained the condo was. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer!

What a fabulous villa! Stunning views, comfortable, relaxing, and a beautiful! Luxurious home with fully stocked kitchen. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus! The property pool, fitness center, and grounds were lovely and well maintained.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and completely well-stocked. The decor is beautiful and the wrap around sliding glass doors make it seem like you’re living outside. Views are wonderful. The Ho’Olei pool is great. And finally the staff from CBIP vacations, especially Felicity, were wonderful and very responsive.

Our family thoroughly our stay at Ho’olei. The location of this unit was perfect in upscale Wailea for walking to the beach, shops, pool & gym but thankfully up high enough for gorgeous sunset views and far from the road so was very quiet.
17-1 was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, very comfortable mattresses and linens. It has central air with zones so that we could have the pocket doors wide open and lots of ceiling fans kept things cool on hot days.
The kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were very well equipped. We were so glad to find beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of big beach towels. There were even sand toys.
We especially loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area that opened up to the large lanai with comfortable seating, dining, BBQ & fridge. All the furniture was very comfortable with various roomy spaces to relax for the whole family. The large swimming pool/2 hot tubs/sauna complex was never busy and we never had any trouble finding 6 lounge chairs together for our group.
Every bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a powder room. Note that it is a 2 level home so there are stairs but we enjoyed that it was an end unit with lots of windows.
Felicity was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had.
We hope to be back and would highly recommend anyone staying here!

Exceptional property with all the comforts of a home. There was plenty of space for 5, a beautiful view of sunsets over the water from the deck, lots of kitchen wares - plus an outdoor grill. Its close proximity to restaurants and shopping was a 10-15min walk or a 3 min drive. Pool and hot tub area were fun for all ages. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with 2 other couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. It was beautiful and very clean. Loved the location too. The pool & exercise room were really nice too. Had a wonderful time. Would stay here again

We stayed 10 days in April. The property was beautiful and very well appointed. The appliances and fixtures were very upscale. Our view of the ocean was breathtaking. This is not an ocean front property but the views are beautiful. We spent most of our time on the Lanai. Having 3 bedrooms allowed us to have plenty of room. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but CBIP was very gracious in working with us. Matthew with guest services went above and beyond to help.

We rented Ho’olei 17-1 for our family of 5. The condo was more spacious than the pictures show, we had plenty of space. The bathrooms and closets are huge. Sometimes in Hawaiian rental units, air conditioning is an issue, but not here. The units kept up with our cooling needs. Check-in was very quick and we even locked our keycards in the unit and the management company helped us in within minutes. Amenities provided like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, etc are very helpful. They even left an assortment of Hawaiian treats upon arrival. Two small suggestions would be: leave water in the refrigerator for guests upon arrival, and the coffee left seemed old or burnt so we replaced with local coffee the next day. Ho’olei has a great pool we used every day, within 5 minutes walk from our unit. We also walked to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. Thanks for a great stay!

Luxury condo perfect for our bridal party
We booked this condo for a bridal party for our friend's wedding. The condo is very spacious and was perfect for us to get ready for the wedding, have group meals, and relax in. We were spoiled staying in this luxurious palace! I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Condo with Incredible Ocean View
This condo was very clean and well appointed with an incredible ocean view. The pool on the property was top notch and not overly crowded like the resorts. Being able to walk across the street through the Grand Wailea Resort to get to the beach was very convenient. Would highly recommend this property for a group of 3-5.
