This was our second time staying at the property and it was just as great! It is right on the beach with a great view. Condo is very nice and beds comfortable. I loved that they provided beach chairs and a wagon. We hope to come back soon!

Great property! Condo was even better than the pics. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating is because there isn't access to rent umbrellas for the beach which is something other properties have available for guests. If that's not an issue for you, then this is the perfect place!

We had such a great time at your beautiful home! My husband & I, daughter and her husband plus their 2 yo daughter and 1 yo son made this our home for 7/2-7/7/2024. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The only thing we noticed that you may want to address is the hot water didn't work in the kitchen. Thank you for helping us out when we locked the keys inside the condo, ughhhh! Fast resolution was very much appreciated! We loved our time in your Island Condo! Thank you!

Our family loved this condo! Beautiful beachfront views and breeze! It had nice furniture and comfy beds, 5 min walk down pier to beach. 2 Pools and hot tub had great shade in the afternoon. It was quiet, yet kid friendly. AC worked great! The owner provided a wagon and beach chairs which was a nice option. We told friends about it, we will stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location! Close to a lot of restaurants and easy access to the beach. Everything was just perfect for our family of 5, the kitchen was well stocked, though we typically donāt cook while on vacation, it has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for a larger group. I love the fact that there was a pack & play with a mattress in it for our use, our 18 month old slept super comfortably every night! I also love that there was a high chair available, though we didnāt use it, that was one less thing to pack and bring with us!
The beach access was easy to get to and we greatly appreciated the fact that there was a wagon, chairs and beach chairs available in condo for us to use! The pool area was also clean and not too crowded when we went in the evenings. The balcony has an amazing view which made for great pictures!
The hosts were very communicative and answered all of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. We will definitely book with them again!

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Beds were a little too soft, but we like a firmer bed. We have chosen this property for the last six years. It is well maintained and the people who work here are so nice and welcoming. Weāll be back!

We had a short mid-week stay and really enjoyed it. Excellent communication with property owners/manager and everything was exactly as listed. Very nice location for accessing the beach, restaurants and attractions. Property had everything you would need, including laundry! Highly recommended and would stay again.

The view from the 9th floor was spectacular! It was nice to sit out on the deck overlooking the ocean and people watching. The condo was well laid out, furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared several meals there. Next visit to SPI I will definitely be calling the Martz's via VRBO.

The condo is wonderful. It is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We did cook some, and the kitchen is well equipped. But what is really special is the large balcony right over the water. We all loved spending time out on it from morning coffee to evening drinks.

Great condo right on the beach. The condo and the complex as a whole is very well kept. Super clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony. My father uses a walker and there were no stairs anywhere, including the private beach access. My toddlers loved the playground and kiddie pool. The managers were very easy to reach and fast to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely furnished condo. Good variety of cooking & baking equipment. Strangely, they do not furnish detergent for the dishwasher so that it can be used. Bought our own. Beautiful beach view. Only annoyances were the closeness and noise of the elevator to the bayside bedroom and the ongoing construction noices next door.

Our stay at this property was awesome! The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, pots/pans, utensils. The washer/dryer were a huge plus, especially because we had our 4 boys with us. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The pictures do not do it justice. They provided a wagon and plenty of toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach (you donāt need to bring anything with you). Once youāre packed, itās literally a minute or two to the beach via a private access. There are hoses to spray all the sand off as you re-enter the complex and the hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after the beach. There was also a small playground area which our 3 and 7 year old enjoyed. The owners have been great. They allowed us to change the dates of our trip due to some scheduling conflicts and they were very nice about it and accommodating. Check in was easy and painless. The location is also fantastic. You are within walking distance to shops and restaurants. You will not be disappointed if you book your beach getaway here!

The only issue was we tried repeatedly/daily to get our parking pass to no avail. We simply left a note on our dash and it worked. This, by no means, was an ownership issue.
