Poor WiFi

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful terrace.

Peaceful and cosy area, close to the tram/city centre.

1) The description of the apartment does not mention that it is a semi-basement apartment, only accessible via a narrow staircase 2) The place was damp - and there was mold in the corner of the bedroom. 3) The slats of the bed were in a very bad condition - and the landlord had chosen the easy way out by just turning the frame around and using duct tape! That resulted in a bulky bed, where you rolled from the sides into the middle and were unable to sleep comfortably at any time. 4) Speaking of comfort, the so-called pillows consisted of what could best be described as pieces of a quilt, with dozens of bulks and no head rest whatsoever. 5) You should expect at least one bed light for each of the persons in a double bed - but here we had only one! So we could choose to read under the glaring white light in the ceiling - or choose that only one of us was able to read... 4) To offer a couple staying for 8 days (7 nights) two towels each for the whole stay is incredibly petty, especially since they had the thickness of handkerchieves and one of them even had a big hole in it... 5) The kitchen was lacking the most essential things: A chopping board, a pot (please see the photo), a dish cloth, and enough cutlery - e.g. there were only (three (3!) teaspoons. 6) The TV remote did not function. It turned out that the batteries had to be changed, so we took some from the (also not functioning) remote for the lights. As the light remote did not work, we had a glaring white light in the bedroom - but very little light in any of the other rooms, except over the dining table. 7) The front garden was a mess of knee-high weeds and overfilled garbage bins - an eldorado for rats..

Nice apartment, very good furniture! Since the original apartment was not available, they put us in another that was pretty nice.

Not minuses but just notes: There was no freezer, but we didn’t need it. We didn’t know how to connect to the WiFi, but we didn’t need it neither. Also, the ventilator of the bathroom sometimes never turns off so you have to pull down the bathroom’s electrical switch from the main box, which is not so comfortable.

No microwave oven, and just one room with one bed.

I will come back again!

Tidy and newly arranged apartments. Good location, not too far from the Bremen center. Good equipment in the kitchen.

The owner did not communicate very well. I have received the message that the apartment I have booked is overbooked for that days (how is that possible if it was confirmed a month ago!). The owner arranged a completely different apartment in the same part of the city. The apartment that was initially ordered was supposed to be with two separate rooms for two couples, however the apartment we have received was fit to accommodate 3 persons in one room and 1 person in the other room. One room did not have any curtains at all, only one toilet paper roll was available in all the apartment. The mattress on the sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable.

The location was good. It was warm and fairly comfortable.

There were black hairs on the bedside table. The extra bedding that I requested in advance never appeared eventhough I called when we arrived. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The wifi didn't work even after I had called and received new log-in details.
