At the centre of Colombo. Easy to access the city from here. Friendly people and highly clean.

Basic clean room + kitchen for guests. Very kind and helpful host :) quiet location, close to a mall with dining possibilities and 15-20 min by tuk-tuk from the Colombo Fort train station. Perfect for a short stay upon arrival in Sri Lanka.

Location was pretty quiet, 10 min from the train station at Kollupitiya. Room was quite big, with AC and very clean. Kitchen and fridge were also available, so you can cook something light if needed. Close also to a shopping mall with many dining and shopping possibilities, and also some cafes and supermarkets available. The hosts were very kind and supportive, flexible with the check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend for a few days in Colombo.

The kitchen was great. It includes a fridge, an oven and a lot of more equipment. Additionally there is a washing machine. There is hot water for a shower available.

WiFi just worked very slow.

First of all, I'd like to commend Farook for being such an amazing host! He was very helpful with giving tips and recommendations on places to eat and visit. The location of the place is close to a lot of restaurants and where a lot of the attractions are walkable. The entire place was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfy. There even was a washing machine that guests could use without any additional cost. All in all would recommend for anyone staying in Colombo for a night or two 10/10

A very well equipped place, in a fairly central location. The owner was very good at communicating pre check-in.

This is a good place, however, the bathroom could do with a deep clean to remove limescale from the glass and chrome. Also, a mosquito plug would be a useful addition.

It was more of an Airbnb-style stay than the typical family fun guesthouse in Sri Lanka. I had access to a kitchen where I could cook. The hosts were polite and I only saw them when I checked in and out. The room was quite comfortable with a very efficient A/C and an actual desk with office chair that I could work at.

The power outages made checking in a little difficult because the doorbell is electric.

Beautiful location, in a smart residential and commercial quarter of central Colombo, with the ocean just at the bottom of the road, and a large modern mall just around the corner where you could eat inexpensively at the several food outlets, have coffee etc on the terrace overlooking the sea. The host Farook was super helpful in any query that I had and took good care of me. I very appreciated his many helpful suggestions.

On going construction on a building site nearby which made the place rather noisier than ideal at times. However, this wasn't the fault of the property and can be a problem just about anywhere. You have to take pott luck when booking.

location in Colombo 3 was great, apartment is nice, there is a shared kitchen one can use, you can also use a laundry machine for 400 Rupee

the tax rate and additional charges may surprise you and make the apartment more expensive than comparable stays (2 nights for 40 USD plus 16 USD additional charges)

Staff were great and tried to help as much as possible. Room was clean and a good size

Pretty comfortable apartment for the money. Beds are comfortable, there is an opportunity to take a bath, the shared kitchen has all the necessary supplies for cooking. There are stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place is quite quiet, sometimes remotely heard the sound of trains passing along the coast, but it did not interfere with sleep. But we slept with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.

This is a great value for the money: a clean room, comfy bed, hot shower and quiet. Farook was very helpful in providing information and location information to get the tings I needed while in Colombo for the night.

Blanket was so small, not enough for a couple. AC was not cooling enough.

It's a clean , well equipped and well maintained facility located extremely conveniently for a Colombo visit. Farook , the host , gives very clear information prior to check in, and is helpful in answering guest queries . For example, when we enquired the best way to reach the airport this Christmas morning , he not only guided us to the two popular taxi providing Apps, but , suggested another , more costly service as a standby , since it was Christmas morning, and taxis may ne hard to get. Very good value for money. Highly recommend.
