Excellent value for money. Great location, good quality facilities (except for the spa), pleasant and helpful staff, delicious and diverse food and drinks offering, comfortable rooms, chill atmosphere. Totally recommendable.

The spa is a rip off. Avoid at all cost. I tried 3 procedures. The facial one was good quality but very overpriced compared to other countries. The pedicure and hair dresser - extremely low quality service but overpriced. Happy to provide more details. Please avoid if you don’t want to lose your money and time.

If you want to get spoiled, don't miss this one. It has the complete everything: the facilities, the food, the drinks, the shows. We got the sea side rooms with balcony, with great view over the Nessbar old town. The room was so big that by the time I returned from the toilet to my bed, I had to go again....

The room was very clean. Good food/good services

- Having bracelets would be more useful than to present the room card every time you ask for a drink. -Also, the gates from the beach are closing around 9 30 pm. If you want to have a walk, it would be nice to be offered beach access later than 9:30 pm. -The parking is very expensive (20 lv/night. Double compared with last year when was 10 lv/night) -Those who have Preferred Club were not informed properly about such benefit. They didn't know they are granted exclusive access to Preferred Club.

This is not a dog friendly hotel. The dog is not allowed to be anywhere. Check out the dog policy before you book and be aware that you have to pay 50euro pr day for the dog.

The food experience for the four nights all we had was a buffet and on Saturday and Sunday night not even a choice to eat out we were promised 6 a la carte dining options between this hotel and adjoining property Dreams we had some opened towards the end our stay but it was very disappointing and definitely not 5 Star

The Hotel was spotless. the staff were very Helpful and attentive they couldn't do enough for you. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely (buffet style) good variety to choose from.

The only thing I would say is when you go for food your table could cleared by staff and someone else sitting in your seat.

The rooms were big, the view amazing. Food was good, not exceptional, but we enjoyed it. Spa was clean and it offered a lot of massage options. We appreciated the proximity to the private beach.

We would have liked to have one big bed, not two big beds joined in the middle of the room, it was a bit uncomfortable for a couple. The indoor pool and the jacuzzi were far from a comfortable temperature, I guess they have just started the heating a day or two before we arrived.

Very Modern Hotel , Would come to Sunny Beach just to stay in this hotel again. Very good Food all day and night . Good taxi service linked to the Hotel .

use of internal space not well utilised. Not enough hotel bars. either main lobby of saloon. needs another bar that caters for guests as 2 is limiting for size of hotel. needs to have a proper A La crate restaurant, not the limited food choice one they serve. l

Care of the hotel before our check-in and even after check-out, the possibility to use the hotel's services. Room size (a large room by today's standards) Room (room size - large by today's standards, room cleanliness +, modern new bathroom, clean towels every day). Large terrace with deckchairs and a large extensive pool for swimming or relaxing. That was great

Hotel atmosphere. Preference for local clientele or guests who speak Russian. We English / German speakers were dealt with not very friendly. Food menu was repeated during the 5 days of stay. The selection of food was large, but what wasn't for lunch one day was for dinner that day. The disaster was the hotel elevator (4 elevators for the entire complex - 12 floors), at busy times the journey took up to 8 minutes. Stopping at every floor, uncoordinated going up and down. Offer, recommendations for the hotel - the possibility of buying drinks other than All inclusive only offers local alcohol. Possibility of extra payment. Fitness center equipment - below average. There was no water or towel available in the fitness center.

We had a room at 11th floor and it was close to hotel ventilation fans and it was very noisy even during the nights
