From the start of this rental to its conclusion it’s was a great get-a-way. Armando was very communicative and accommodating. His property is very nice and the location was perfect for us. We are already planning our next stay in this amazing rental.

Highly recommend for a small getaway cabin. Not big enough for more than 2 people but incredible view and great amenities.

This is the second year Ive stayed here with my daughter. We go up for her birthday. The area is beautiful, clean and the bed is soooo soft. I higy recommend this property.

My wife and I loved our stay! It's so quiet and peaceful. We loved seeing the elk and deer roam outside. Plus it was close to everything to enjoy about Ruidoso. Definitely would stay again if given the chance.

My daughters and I loved staying here. It was so easy to get in and out. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a beautiful home with a great view. It’s a quick and easy drive to restaurants too.

The property was spacious and quiet. The grill is small but mighty. The windows are high quality and open easily for mountain top breezes. Highly recommend.

This place was excellent it was very clean, cozy, very peaceful we had a amazing time . The host was very friendly with us. I locked ourselves out txt him and he came in no time to let us in. Every thing was just as planned would highly recommend this to family and friends!!

This attached suite was spacious but cozy, at the same time. The location was convenient to downtown and exploring the area that has so much history. Unfortunately, we did not use the spa, (located on the westside of property) since the weather was just a bit too cold. Our host, Armando was quick to respond to any of our questions.

This was an amazing experience the cuew was amazing especially from the hot tub. Armand was so kind and helpful. The decor and overall feel of the place was perfect for a mountain getaway. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Although this was the downstairs of a house, we had lots of privacy. It was a bit chilly and windy so we do not have a chance to sit out on the large porch with sweeping views. The host responded instantly to an email question we sent. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had a great time.

My family and I are so grateful that we had an amazing and comfortable time here. We were kindly welcomed and greeted, and gave us a small tour around. Everything was in great condition, clean and well organized. We were also greeted by wildlife such as elks and moles in the frontyards, and the view was astonishing. We had an amazing, unforgettable stay!

The location was perfect for us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. The king bed is comfy. The fireplace was welcoming and warm. Armando is truly a delightful host. We will return.

The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a big walk-in shower. It was clean and well maintained. Nice granite countertops and new cabinets. It’s well equipped with kitchen utensils. It has a regular coffee maker, and a Keurig. The futon folded out into a full size bed. I wouldn’t suggest it for bigger older people like me and my husband (we need a little extra support). It’s has an additional rollaway bed and I believe it’s twin size. It has a Samsung smart TV, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, and handheld can opener. The coffee table looks solid, but is very lightweight and easy to move when folding out the futon. We had everything we needed when we stayed there. The only drawback was the hot tub was not operational. That was one of the main reasons that we chose this place. Once we got to room, it did tell us that the spa would be closed until March, but it didn’t show that on the vrbo website. That is literally the only complaint that I could even come close to thinking of. This family is extremely nice and even expressed concern when we didn’t make it in and check in time as we were running a little bit late leaving. They also allowed us an extended checkout time which was very kind of them. I would stay here 100 times over… such a nice place in such sweet owners. You won’t be disappointed!
