West winds has the best beds and pillows. Sooo comfortable. Place was nice a toddy. Well stocked.

We had stayed at west winds before, the main reason we went back was for the pool and hottub. To our suprise these were both closed this time around. We also were able to get Ice from the ice machine previously. This time no ice maker. Seems like we got less this time around and paid more...

The room was excellent the beds were nice it was very comfortable staying there

no pool ,the bed was awful! we kept rolling together in the whole. needed a massage and chiropractic appointment the next day.

Loved the location. Very close to shopping and dining.

Room was very small with hardly any room to move around. One small chair not very comfortable. Had to use the bench from end of bed to put suitcase on. No other place to put it. Toilet was very short for old knees. Liked the easy check in, but getting the door unlocked was a pain. Thought we were getting a kitchenette but only got a little fridge with not even a microwave. Will probably not go there again.

The drain in the shower was draining properly.. other than that, everything was great

It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in the US so far. I really admire that they don't have carpet in their rooms and it was all very clean. Owners are very friendly. I can highly recommend staying at West Winds when you are visitig Ruidoso.

The location is amazing, the rooms were cozy, and I liked that there was an area to sit outside of every room.

The fireplace was nice.

No hot tub like shown on the map of the facilities. Heather made a clanking noise. Not all the lights worked. No staff on location. Entire room has a slope to it which made showering and taking a bath uncomfortable. Also ran out of hot water. Bathroom didn't have a real door. And the kitchenette was only a hotplate which took forever to hear up.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The location great, general appearance good.

The beds was not comfortable. The table was wobbly. Never could get ahold of anyone at the office. Try to call them and they would not answer or call you back. We left a day early and couldn't even tell them we as leaving

It was very private and comfortable. The bed was awesome very comfortable.

I missed having a microwave and the water pressure wasn't all that great. And the sick kept dripping.

The height of the shower was too low. The shower faucet kept leaking.
