The view was stunning and bed was very comfortable
Toilet flush made a horrendous sound, room was quite small

The breakfast was excellent. The staff/owner was helpful. We were running late and she stayed for over an hour to let us check in or else we would not know what to do. One of our rooms faces the sea and the view was magnificent.
The rooms were too small. One of our rooms was equipped with a Saniflow system that produced a loud noise when we flushed the toilet. The toilet was so too small for a grown up to squeeze in. The Guesthouse could use a major renovation.

Fantastic bathroom! Almost as big as the bedroom! Light bright and clean. Good breakfast.
Bed was a little springy - nothing a mattress topper wouldn’t fix. It was hot in the room, window didn’t open much.

Front facing rooms have lovely sea views and get lots of sunshine. The rooms are quite comfortable (the bed and pillows are firm). Amazing breakfast. Great location for everything.
Car parking can be tricky. Limited time on the front. The North Road car park (£4 for 24h) is fine but can get full.

The location was great. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were lovely and friendly.
The bed was not very comfy.

What a wonderful place to stay. Alison was very friendly and a perfect host. Breakfast was very filling and included all the usual accompaniments, perfect. We will definitely be going back.

Great breakfast, location of hotel top notch.
Room needs a larger wardrobe/ cloakroom, mattress was flat on one side and the bed headboard was very wobbly. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and a clothes hook behind the door in the bathroom would be an asset.
