Fabulous View and Location. Really well equipped. Warm and comfortable. Bed in the front bedroom was like a cloud!

Excellent apartment. Great decoration. Really clean. Great communication with the administrator.
Everything was more than ok. Just a minor tip. There was a coffee machine, but these kind of capsules where nowhere to find around.

What a fantastic, spacious flat.
The bedrooms were spacious, bed comfy, bathrooms clean and well-presented - an amazing big bath tub in the master bedroom an added bonus.
The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of extra storage should you need it - The bonus of a slimline dishwasher too.
The living area had plenty of space for the 5 of us to sit and dine.
Sitting out on the balcony watching the boats of the marina a must.
A gentle stroll into Aberystwyth also a must.

The apartment is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and view from the balcony is great.
I wasn’t made aware that the apartment was covered with scaffolding and that builders might be looking into the bedroom first thing in the morning. Also the central heating has an air problem and bangs when the heating is on. Also no curtains just blinds so you will wake up first thing in the morning. Also smoke alarms were covered with cling film so they don’t come on. Dangerous !!!!!

We ordered our food from a lovely local Chinese, we also brought our own food. Tesco is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment location, as is the train and bus station along with many other shops such as M&S, Matalan etc.

So spacious with a great view over the marina. Cosy & warm and well equipped.
Nespresso machine but no pods was a little disappointing. Suggest you mention the property has a Nespresso machine so people can bring their own as you can’t just pick them up from the supermarket.

Great view of marina
Clothes hanging space was fine if you were 6 foot tall but I am only 5 foot so could not reach.
Would also have been easier if the instructions for use of oven had been obvious.

Lack of door on ensuite made it somewhat embarrassing, also tripped over the plinth on the side of the bath

A fab location easy walk into town,clean and comfortable absolutely made by the marina view!

The flat was very clean and furnished beautifully.The balcony was a bonus over looking the harbour.
Felt a little worried about making a noise as it was in a residential block Difficult with kids.

The master room had a toilet and large bath within the room and no shower ensuite.
