was so nice one of the most loviest stays Jo was the most nicest lady I’ve ever met . made you feel so welcome . the bed was heated and so comfortable.

there wasn’t nothing we didn’t like.

the property was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved that it still had the holiday B&B feel to it.

It was quiet so I slept well. Comfy beds. Owner lovely lady

Cleaning hadn't been done in bathroom toothpaste and hairs in sink. Quite dated pictures, bed sheets etc. Would benefit from some nice bright bedding and change the look of the room massively.

It was very clean there was plenty of tea and coffee which was filled every day the room was light and airy and the landlady was very friendly

Was not allowed to have breakfast, and owner initially was not going to allow us to stay when she knew all other B&B’s etc had no vacancies during the half term period even tho we had booked through an official website (booking.com) and gave me a lot of attitude on the phone and when I initially turned up to revive my keys after booking.com had to call her and pretty much force her to accept our reservation there.

Bad attitude, not allowed breakfast, I had to clean my excrement from the toilet when I arrived and I also kept banging my head on the ceiling in bed as it was a loft room.

the shower wasn’t very good, it soaked the floor after each use.

does need updating but that may take away it’s charm
