Was very close to the sea , enough space , next to everything for shopping

Very convenient if you have a baby - the beach is just 2 minutes away so the location is perfect if you need to pop in for a nap or something else and the washing machine was of huge help.

It was dirty. The floor was covered with sand when we checked in and we had to ask for a vacuum cleaner to clean the place ourselves. There were also spider webs in some of the cupboards. There isn't enough cutlery, crockery and dishes. For example, we stayed at a 6-person apartment (we were 5 adults and 1 baby) but there were only 2 coffee cups. The ACs are really old and take 2h to reach the desired temperature and in the living room they never did. In addition, they are immediately above the beds so they blow air at you all night long. We had to rearrange the furniture a bit because some of us were getting a headache.

The location of the apartment is okay, and there were a lot of commodities offered in the apartment (kettle, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, etc.). Air conditioning is also a big positive of the place. Also having a lockbox for the key was really nice, as checkin/checkout are quite independent.

Nowhere in the booking listing does it say, that some of the apartments (second line garden view) is in a completely different apartment building (complex Iglika, not Sirena) - this information was received only a week before being able to cancel the booking and 2 weeks before arrival. Quite disappointing since we were a group of people, and it turned out we are not in the same complex, but a bit further away, meaning that all information was disclosed much after we could all find a place to be close to each other. That's still a small disappointment, the big one is the parking - to which there are two points. First - being in a completely different complex, the parking is 5-10 minutes walk away, so you are expected to carry your luggages there. Not to mention, since we were a group, we went to the Sirena complex by taxis, and the parking guy charged us 3 leva per car TO ONLY LEAVE THE LUGGAGES. This is absurd, the accommodation is not cheap in the first place, and charging your guests FOR ONLY DROPPING OFF THEIR BAGS AND LEAVING is absurd. And that is only to unload the luggages, then some of us had to walk with all of our suitcases upstairs, because second line is not across the street, but rather 10 minutes away on foot. A minor remark is that facilities can use a bit of a deep clean as the kettle was extremely dirty, the toilet brush was deformed and stuck to its cup (seriously a new plastic one costs like 3 leva, if you charge 200 per night you can afford to at least keep this one in a good state), some of the handles of the cabinets were falling off.

The location was great, the apartment was well equipped with everything so surely made for a comfy stay on a very central location

not really relevant to the apartment, but still aprt of the experience so need to share - the entrance for the apartments is across a big aprking so we entered with taxis to drop us off. taxis were charged 3lv/each only for literally 2 mins drop off till we take the luggages. Everywhere aorund the world you have some 'free'time which might be 5-10-15 mins but not on Golden Sands. for me the property should negotiate better or find a solution because i refuse to give money to arrogant parking dudes like the one we faced

Photographs showed a swimming pool??? Poor lighting in corridor to apartment , bed mattress needs a protector, needs larger drinking cups/glasses

Sorry, but we are disappointed with the proposed apartment. Hygiene is at a low level. We found a cockroach… The sofa is dirty. And the top of everything is the bathroom! Awful smell… The only reason that we stay was the lack of room in other hotels at 1:00 am. We left in the morning and went to another hotel.

The staff is friendly. The apartment is spacious as and the location is perfect.

The view was great and it was nice that they got me the upper floor on request.

Sorry to say, but the cleanliness... I won't go into details, but the room I got was not cleaned for weeks (seeing specific indications for that) and the smell was beyond offering this commercially. The price was low, so I cannot be too harsh here. Please see this as a motivation to improve! I decided to leave earlier than booked for other reasons by the way.
