This was one of the few places that offered single night rentals and it was clean and nice, and the process was easy. The bed is really hard though and I did not sleep well.

Looked just like the pictures on the listing and was actually larger than I imagined. We will definitely be coming back!

Narrow steep stairs. Difficult lock box. Decor not very nice. Bedding and pillows could be better.

This was my 3rd year staying in Bayfield at the Copper Trout rental. I love it there & plan to make it an annual destination. 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome location, clean and just what i needed to explore the area. Property manager was very prompt and communicative. Helped me find a good kayaking outfitter.

This upstairs room with a queen bed and private bath was great for our 2-night stay while visiting our daughter who lives in Ashland. The AC kept the room a comfortable temperature. The bed, linens and towels were of good quality and comfortable. The pillows were a stiff foam, but we travel with our own. The refrigerator/freezer had a lot of space, and we appreciated the full-size coffee maker. We would have liked a larger table to accommodate our in-room meal / snack prep (no microwave) or to play a game, but the TV passed the time we were in the room. The noise from the room next door was sufficiently muffled as to not disturb us. Bayfield is a lovely area to stay for a couple days. Breakfast at MannyPenny was delicious.

Nice place in a great location. Off street parking and a separate building from the restaurant so no restaurant noise but the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm (and snooze… ;) The stairs are a little small and the bed is adequate, but great water pressure and plenty of hot water. In room fridge and coffee maker with coffee was a nice touch. We walked to the pier, the restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location, very happy with our stay.

Everything was fine except that you couldn’t open a window to breathe the Great Lake Superior air at night.

Location was great for enjoying Bayfield and the Apostle Islands. Has a great restaurant too!

This room had everything we needed and wanted for a Saturday night in beautiful Bayfield!

Our accommodations were nothing less than amazing. The suite was stunning. I wondered if we might have some spill over noise from the restaurant which is attached to our suite it was very quiet. One of the best things was the relaxing king size bed. Really couldn’t get any better thanks for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!!!

Second year coming to Bayfield in the fall & second year staying at your house. Love the convenience & ease of staying in downtown. Clean, comfortable room with everything needed for a weekend getaway.

As the title says this was simple and clean. We were just staying overnight and wanted to be close to Applefest in downtown Bayfield and this was perfect for that.

Clean, updated and close to everything. I found the pillows just fine but bed a bit firm. Two bedrooms are very close in a historical home so I could see noise could be an issue however the person next to us was very quite.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this property and found it neat, clean and just the right size for the two of us. The room had AC, a mini fridge, Direct TV and wifi. We really liked how it was right on main street next to many cute shops and restaurants. The only complaint is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable so we did not get good sleep. The bedding was also thin and of an older style. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

A nice clean and convenient room close to all the shops and restaurants- nice restaurant right next door- refrigerator in the room was a bonus- would definitely stay there again

Located in the heart of Bayfield. I parked my car & walked everywhere. My room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Everything I needed in one location. I’ll be back!

We enjoyed being able to park the car at the property and walk all over town! Everything went very smooth and was a great experience. Only criticism would be that the bed is very firm and the lack of pillows. Luckily another review mentioned bringing extra pillows so we were in good shape. There are just two thin ones on the bed for sleeping. Besides that, the room worked out great for us and we will likely return!

Nice room in a good location for all things Bayfield. WI. Bonus was the excellent restaurant, the Copper Trout, next door. We would stay there again if ever back on the area.

Michael was very accommodating and responsive. We rented both rooms and they were both clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location in the middle of town. It allowed us to walk around the scenic town of Bayfield.

The room etc. was nice/adequate but way overpriced for what it was. I had never stayed at a vrbo before and never used this entree/code system before so was confused at first but figured it out. Location was great though.

It was a perfect little room for catching a concert and walking to breakfast in the morning. The shower was excellent.

Close to village. Very clean. Steep narrow stairs to room. Room looks was ample size, clean. This is a simple room not a B & B.

Stayed for annual lake swim. Excellent location...walked every where we needed to be. Simple, but clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the front porch, appreciated having a place to park our car and leaving it there.
