MILLION DOLLAR VIEW OF THE BEACH
Florencia 1 Condominios, con acceso directo a la playa, han sido un Padre largo tiempo favorito para los visitantes de la playa del verano y Winter Texans, que ofrece una ubicación conveniente y hermoso a un precio asequible. NUESTRA ACTUALIZADA condominio frente al mar tiene pisos de cerámica, ventiladores de techo, balcón con vistas al golfo, 1 DORMITORIO CON REY, EURO-TOP COLCHÓN. La alcoba cama litera por el pasillo con cortina de privacidad (barandilla de seguridad en la parte superior literas) ofrece arreglos para dormir adicionales. Para mayor comodidad y seguridad, hay una cabina de ducha en el baño. La cocina está equipada con platos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, etc. Un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con cable básico. WiFi disponible. Lavadoras y secadoras en complejos comerciales.

Property was in a safe, clean area right along the beach. The view was amazing. Had a lot of fun at the beach and with the multiple excursions in the area. Also close to shops, restaurants and grocery. The condo was clean, pleasant and we all slept well. Check-in and out was painless overall a great stay!

We have stayed here many times and love it! Our kids really enjoy the bunk beds. The view from the porch is awesome. Love the property, love the owners! We will be coming back!

Our stay was amazing. The room was perfect and the view was incredible. Happen to meet the owners while there, who were so kind! If anything I would suggest black out curtains for the living room. Found out last minute we were taking MIL who slept on the very accommodating and comfy pull out couch. It was just bright in the mornings. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means bc there was so much to love! Thank you Ms. Betty for sharing your little piece of paradise.

All was as expected thanks to communication with property owner who gave us advance notice of beach restoration taking place in front of property during our stay. Betty went over & beyond & quickly responded to the many questions my husband & I had about the restoration process - - even sending pics & videos so we knew exactly what to expect. I realize beach restoration won’t be a factor for future guests, but wanted to share given the awesome experience with the property owner. Condo was very clean, comfortable & exactly as presented /described on line (…bathroom was actually larger than expected - - always a plus). We will definitely check availability to stay here again on future visits to SPI!

Great location, and closest proximity to the beach ever. This is the third condo we’ve stayed at, and this one by far had the most convenient beach access. It was perfect and we would definitely return again. The owner was fantastic and worked with us as we had to reschedule several times. Can’t wait to return! Love SPI!!

Condo was fantastic. Views were great of the Gulf. The Friday and Saturday night fireworks show was fun to see. Condo has a great view of the fireworks. It was really nice to be able to walk out of the condo and right onto the beach. Having use of the beach umbrella, auger and chairs allowed us to enjoy the beach every day. Betty and Bob (the hosts) were awesome. Great communications and recommendations for restaurants (Sea Ranch, Blackbeards, Lobo del mar) was awesome. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time despite the storms. The condo was so quaint and just the respite we needed to bring in our 30th year together. It was so relaxing watching the waves from the couch snuggled up. The hot tub was so hot and relaxing. Betty was an amazing host! She was so easy to contact and we had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view and proximity to the beach is unmatched. No frills, but had everything we could need. Betty was super accommodating and even allowed us to borrow her umbrella and auger to ensure we had the best stay..our goal was solely to relax.on the beach and that was accomplished.
The building itself is dated, but none of that mattered because we just used it as home base. It was quiet, clean, safe and best of all...steps to the beach.
Thanks again to Betty for an awesome stay and quick and effortless last minute accommodation. We will stay again.

We had such a great stay in this condo! Love the location that it's right there at the beach side which is convenient when you have little ones. The beautiful view of the ocean is definitely a plus. The room was well maintained and had everything we needed. The manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. My little ones were asking if we could just live there lol! Totally recommend!

Betty’s condo is the perfect spot for a trip to SPI! Beautiful views (beach and fireworks). Steps away from the beach and pool (close enough I ran in for forgotten items for my kids several times). And the condo is just very comfortable, everything we needed was available and beds were comfy.
I would recommend this location to anyone and have saved this location for next time!

This condo was perfect for our family! The view was breathtaking! The location was near several great restaurants and not far from a Dollar General which was so convenient for items we needed to pick up, including groceries! Betty is amazing! She was so quick to respond! Such a kind lady! The condo has two beach chairs provided and some beach toys! Thank you for making our first stay to Padre so memorable!

The place is exactly how you see it in the photos. The view is amazing! It was clean stocked and Betty the owner was so hospitable. Just know the location is a little bit far from the main section. We ended up renting a golf cart because the shuttle system is not so reliable and you will end up walking a lot. We will def be booking again!! Love this place and SPI.

This property is amazing and I won’t stay anywhere else on the island when visiting! That’s how good of an experience I had! The condo is very clean and fully stocked. The host Mrs. Betty is very attentive to our needs and was just so caring overall! The view is breathtaking, this condo sits right on the beach! The view is everything ! Also this condo is in the perfect location, the dollar store is right down the street and pretty much everything is walking distance! I can’t wait to stay again in this beautiful condo!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The views of the seaside were excellent and the condo was clean and well-ordered. The one problem we encountered was an a "ant problem" in the kitchen area. It was manageable, but it was also a bit annoying to have to check everything for ants. This problem needs to be addressed soon before they get worse.

Proximity to ocean can’t be beat. Parking can be a hassle as not much space. Condo is outdated and could use some upgrades like flooring, baseboards etc. Furnishings old but functional. Great to be able to sit on balcony and watch fireworks at Clayton’s or walk to Wanna Wanna for dinner. Overall, location and view is always a priority and I would stay there again.

We are a party of 5 with 3 kids 12, 10, 8 and although not a huge condo this condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for us! The bunk beds were a big hit and my 12 year old had no complaints about the sofa bed. The view really is breath taking and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes since it’s a beach front condo. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond, we had never stayed in this building but will definitely stay again in this condo! It’s on the 6th floor but there is an elevator or you can take the stairs and walk off some of that delicious island food. Building was nice and quiet - but still had people staying there and the pool was nice and had some shade during the day. We didn’t use the TV in the bedroom but the tv in the living room has plenty of channels so we could enjoy a movie night.
