Ran out 20 min after it started. Coffee was horrible
The toilet seat pinched u when sat down. Not enough towels and no extra available

Nice room good lighting. The bed was comfortable and very nice.
Need some paint in the room and staircase. Some minor tweaking to spruce up the place.

When we check in the room wasn't ready, the bed felt like are sleeping on briks, the cover stapled to the bed. When we got up there were no continual breakfast. The hotstest had her kid there and she was paying him more
The room wasn't ready and they only gave you one towel. We had to go to office two times because the key card didn't open door.

Heat/AC unit didn't provide heat, but there was a separate space heater provided (or else it was left behind??).
They OVERCHARGED ME!!! They charged me $1 more than the total cost of the confirmed booking. The total cost was supposed to be $72.80 ($65 + tax) but they charged me $73.80 that the clerk couldn't explain? Is this a separate local tax or fee? --- If so, why is that not included on the Booking.com total?? Is this just a nonsense charge???
Yeah, you can say "it's only $1"... that doesn't matter... 1 penny, 1 dollar, or 1 thousand dollars... it's all fraudulent!
BEING OVERCHARGED!!!
Having Housekeeping BANGING ON MY DOOR three different times between 8:30am and 9:30am!!!! I was there for one night. If I haven't checked out, then DO NOT KNOCK ON MY DOOR until the 11am checkout time!!!
Being charged $65 + tax + Extra, undisclosed fees... for a room that shouldn't be more than $40 total.
Will never stay at this location again.

There was no breakfast! The location however was fine.
We did not like anything. It was dirty, stank and the comforters had burn holes in them. The floor, the bathroom was dirty. The light did not work in the bathroom. The commode stopped up. Baseboard was missing. the pillows appeared to be stuffed with rags. The was no liner for the ice bucket. We had to call for towels. The bathmat looked like it had been used in a mechanic's garage. The door was filthy. Looked like it had never been cleaned. The heat didn't work. It was overall a horrible experience. There were people living there not just your normal overnight guest. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I liked that it was cheap for a one night stay for a travel ball tournament.
I didn’t like the check in method. We got in late and you had to stand outside and look through a window and hand your cards and license through a tiny cut out slot. Took the guy forever to find my reservation.The listing said continental breakfast but their was no continental about. It was nasty looking and all they had for cereal was skim milk.

Not much room was not as advertised bed spread had burn holes as well as the sheet chairs were stained and nasty curtain was hanging down.

our bed sheets had cigarette burns all in them. our wash clothes and towels was stained up. could tell where they patch numerous while in the wholes and bathroom. smelt like cigarettes in the room the whole stay. pictures online are not accurate on what this hotel looks like.

The frig was broken had wait until the next day to get one but the office let me store my stuff in there frig which was nice

Extremely dirty, didn't get the room I booked, bathroom dirty, spiders crawling around, shower didn't fully work, no security lock on the door...is that enough I could go on and on.

It was close to the event I was attending and the price was cheap.
It smelled of must and cigarettes. It was so strong my clothes smelled like it. The floor was sticky and the coffee pot was nasty. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and would not flush properly.
