The propoerty is located 3 minutes walking from the University of Konstanz and provided us the oportunity to be near our work enviorement, saving time since we could walk.

During almost three days the internet did not work, when it was restored it was always slow and it was not possible to watch TV using streaming apps like Netflix or HBOmax, for example. Another very disappointed episode happened because the host offers the possibility to wash and dry clothes for 5 euros per machine. We paid for four machines (we were three people staying there to work in an unexpectedly hot weather for two weeks), but at the end of the drying process for the clothes loading machine, our clothes were taken out of the machine and mixed with dirty towels from the property. In addition, we were told very unkindly that this was a holiday home and not a loudromat, which is totally disrespectful since we paid to use the machines in advance. When we asked the owner, she pointed to the amount of suitcases we have, which gave the impression that she knew how many clothes we have brought, which was extremely rude and gave us the impression of not being safe in the apartment. In the end we decided to call the police to make sure the property owner was not in the apartment, which violates our privacy. It was a really stressful experience. I have the pappers with the unpolite messages and all the dialogue with the host through the booking page.

Beautifully decorated two bedroom flat with all modern cons. The host met us to show us round and was always available sjpild we habe had any issues. We were even able to use the washing machine in the utility cellar. Large television with Netflix kept us entertained and the soda stream made providing drinks for teenagers a doddle. The property is less than 5 minutes from a busstop directly to town and the obligatory daily tourist tax provides a free bus ticket anyway. We found getting around on hire bikes and buses very easy and it's only 100m to the Bodenseeradweg. Mainau is a 15 minutes walk. All in a brilliant flat for a family of 4.

The location is amazing when your trip is for Academic propose because is super close to the Uni of Konstanz. The host is amazing and soo friendly and what a nice surprise to open the door and find a delicious wine waiting for us : ) So happy to be there because the place is super quiet, relax, clean and so comfortable. Happy to be there.

Beautifull appartment, very nice host, did welcom us and explained the facility as well as gave us tips what to see and visit in Koblenz and especially the iland Mainau.
