I'm sorry for the rating but I arrived from a long trip with my paid room and they didn't let me in, but they charged the reservation. I made a refund claim which I have no answer and my money back.. I feel disappointed

Nothing it was the basic most plain room no inspiration ,it had nothing to even talk about it was filthy the employees sucked and were rude the floors made your feet black the shower didn't work we were locked out of our room the toilet was clogged

Location was good.

Not a double room as advertised, No coffee maker, no toiletries, no iron or hair dryer as advertised, no hangers. No water pressure, no remote, phone didn't work , bad TV reception, looked like a hospital room, bed to small and uncomfortable

Smell of marijuana throughout property….and signs of other drug use apparent…needles in and raking lot, police presence called during stay for domestic disputes… Complete “flop-house” atmosphere.

Not very up kept locks don't work painting it needs dirty all the round inside outside

it was easily accessible from the highway and the woman working at the front desk was incredibly kind

the shower was still dirty from the previous person, there were pieces of shaved hair all over the sink and the handles were filthy. there were pieces of dead bugs in the towels and on the mattress, and the sheets were dirty with hair of previous guests. also, the room was much worse than shown in the images.

I didn't even get to stay there. I had reserved the room through booking.com for a certain discounted price. Well when I went to redeem my reservation the amount I was charged at the desk was a different amount, and the Clerk would not honor the price I was given by booking.com.

It would have been better if they would have honored the price I was offered to begin with.
