It must offer time to time booking. If somebody want to stay for short span of time this option is not avaliable.

Receptionist was extremely unprofessional. He offered us single bed for two person. While discussing the issues he threatened to cancel the booking. He also asked I.D for every guest; which was not mentioned in their policy on booking.com; hence I provided I.D on their i ll-mannered demand

Only good thing was the breakfast.

There was a nasty smell in the room, maybe dampness or clogged sewage but it was so intolerable that we had to ask for room spray thrice. The washrooms were dusty.

Staff was cooperative and attentive, rooms were clean, and location was accessible.

Breakfast quality could use a bit more attention.

First they took us to the room which smelled very bad then we have to call them again to change the room they did changed it but on booking.com the timing on check in was 8 Am and check out was 12 so we came at 8.30 and at night there manager starts saying that you guys came at 8 and our check in time is 10 Am so you guys have to pay for last night also so they try to rob us and what happened in the end I have to pay extra 1000 for the trouble they were causing us ! Very bad experience !

Bathroom shower wasnt workimg room was dirty and dirty bedsheets didnt clean it daily toilet wasnt clean toilet muslim shower was leaked n dirty bath shower was not ecen working asked them to fix and two days no one came to fix asked them to change room changed and next room had same issues no shower was working
