NOTHING TO LIKE...... For the many years of travel using accommodations on Booking.com, I have either been giving positive feedback or none at all. This is the WORST EVER STAY BY FAR... While I thought the location was good to enable us more coverage of the city, you will end up wasting about 2-3 hours of your vacation time locating the place, accessing the keys, parking the car, getting into the apartment, with lack of signages leading one to open to your surprise, a Rubbish Chute room instead of the Access to the lift or out of the carpark. Didn't help either that the main door was jammed (also noted by a resident of the building).

Every move, whether you want to get into or out of the apartment, you had to use the manual key. Turn in the key and use a number code. Even using the lift required the key to activate... So many 'doors' and worst is they have a stupid system of having to manually press for lights on the corridor, otherwise it's pitch dark. Don't get me wrong, I support light-saving methods, which many establishments use sensor to automatically switch on, without needing you to struggle to reach for the switch for the lights to come on, and it only lasts like 1-2 minutes before it goes dark again. So many doors with lack of signages. But to top it all... the 'host' is too proud of his 'MANUAL' which is really just a powerpoint consolidation of a few images and text on steps. It is not a great instruction manual as he thinks it is.... Good luck to those who find reading difficult, as the english and descriptors used are not that clear afterall. Otherwise, how do you explain why there are so many complaints in the reviews. I have come across other autonomous check-ins, who provide instructions with much higher clarity. The host refuses to take calls (saying its a personal mobile, etc)... so you are really pretty much ON YOUR OWN.

Fantastic location, very clean and tidy

The perfect location to discover Toulouse. Very quiet and clean. Getting into the apartment is a bit like an escape game, especially when you are not familiar with the French way of securing a house. But it worked and overall I would book this appartment again.

Wonderful location, apartment was modern and nice. There was some miscommunication with the host at first but then he resolved the issue.

I found getting the keys out of the lockbox inside the mailbox to be difficult. I couldn’t see well in the dark even with my phone flashlight. Access to the apartment seemed complicated the first time, but then we figured it out and it was fine. The elevator went up to the floor but never responded to the call button from the floor. Luckily we only had to walk down one flight.

Can't beat the location

Apartment access was a bit of a maze as none of the building's wings connect to eachother, so you need to find the correct elevator/stairs to your apartment. Once we did, the elevator would go up, but the call button didn't work to go back down. Once we found the apartment and knew the proper access to get to it though, I had no complaints.

perfect location. right in the city center. nice balcony with view to inside yard with a fountain free parking on site. beware that the parking fits only small car.
