room had bugs in the bed and in toilet, parking spot was difficult to reach, tv has no channels and cant browse internet through, there were old clothes in the closet, chair was dirty

Location is good and calm with plenty of green areas around. Service personal at the hotel was great and helpful all the time. Room was spacious and pretty comfortable. In general it's a good value for its price.

For us it was a bit uncomfortable to have so many rules and restrictions with fines in the hotel, it prevents from relaxation. Also we missed some additional towels for a kitchen and hands/face in the bathroom (there were just 2 big both towels). And one hair would be super useful, as the room is for 2 people and 2 of us could not sit at the same time as there is just 1 chair and no other place to sit at all. And one more thing is about the common areas: there are many of them, but they are either not usable at all (like kitchen with no tables and chairs), or are a bit uncomfortable to use (like you have to register yourself constantly, can't drink/eat/smoke there etc.). By the way it would be helpful to have at least one more smoking area upstairs, as it's really bothering to go to the ground flow to the single smoking area each time.

cleaning could be better and the room was having a view towards the other building- not the city view as we had promised

The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy whenever i toss and turned while sleeping. Also it had one door bell for both apartments on the left and right side. hence, i had to reach for the door each time my neighbor's doorbell rang.

Everything is good , it’s my second time check in here.

Just add-on office table or laptop table , more comfortable to doing my task job. thank you.
