customer service provided by terrilyne McPheron was awful. my family and I have stayed here before and have never experienced the discrimination and discourtesy as she portrayed.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are great with the kitchenette and great beds and room to lounge.

This time our room was not cleaned very well. O was a bit disappointed being we paid the most we have ever paid for a Home2 and we stay in them all the time. The bathroom floor had hair on it like it wasn’t swept and the fridge and such had not been wiped down and the garbage was full under the sink. It had not been emptied. I am sure they were very busy but for 280 a night I was expecting clean.

The location is great. Close to dining and shopping. The room is spacious and it was clean and supplied well.

The breakfast needs improvement. The frozen eggs were not good. No meat was offered at all. The waffles you made yourself were good. Shower head needs improvement, the water pressure is low and it takes a long time to heat up.

Everything and surrounding area. Staff member was very professional and courteous.

Went to the store and came back had to wait for parking
