The outside was dirty and seemed a little shady

They served breakfast, there was a full size refrigerator and microwave in the room and they had a bar open until 2 am

I saw roaches in our room, the microwave was a bit dirty and there was never anyone at the front desk...I had to leave my key card on the front desk because I yelled for someone for at least 10 minutes and no one ever came for me to check out

Breakfast was rich and plenty.

Not enough towels / washcloth in room.

The customer service was terrible and it roach infested.I had roaches in my bed and was moved to another room and that room had roaches too.

I didn't like nothing about it

Outdated, kitchen staff!! Breakfast ends at 10:00am, I was there at 9:30 and waffle batter was empty!! Kitchen staff would not give me waffle batter to make a waffle, No good reason?

Location was good.

There were signs posted 100% smoke free. However the lobby wreaked of smoke and throughout the hotel people were smoking. The smell of cigarettes was very strong. Sadly it will prevent me from staying there again. I am a patient at a local hospital battling cancer, one friend with me had asthma, and the other has cancer as well. It was not good for any of us to breathe that in repeatedly. Pretty sure some of the employees were smoking in the lobby as well.
