Beds were comfortable and room was of decent size.
Bed spreads, towels needs replacement, they were very old. Bathroom was not clean and bucket and mug in bathroom also should be replaced.

1) No Proper locking for toilet.
2) Didn't tell about chargeable tea or cheese from vending machine and later highly charged Rs. 40/- per cup.
3) Checked out before 12.00 noon hence told Bill will be automatically sent through E-mail. However after frequent calls Bill is neither received nor ready to give.

Not worth for that money..water is leaking from slab and ac will not work at all and it will take an hour or 45 min to cool

Worker's Behaviour is bad reception ist very rude behaviour the hotel inside very bad smell booking.com show only 4800. Only but they brought 5000,rs this cost not worth this room simply waste this hotel

Except the location, there's nothing to like about this hotel. Arguably, the worst hotel I ever stayed. They call themselves a three star ⭐ hotel, but in reality, they are worse than a basic lodge.
List of the most irritating things I've seen at this hotel:
1. No way it's a 3 star hotel. They don't even have basic amenities.. Everything is on request. I had to "ask" for towels
2. This hotel doesn't even provide plates, spoons, glasses. The reason they said is "COVID". Which hotel in this world doesn't even provide a few spoons to people to eat something? When complained about this, they said they don't give to anyone and they are OK with negative reviews because of this. Apparently, it's hotel policy.
3. The attitude of the staff is the worst thing ever. They seem not to care about those who stay. Third rate cheap lodges in villages of India operate with a bit of customer focus. This so-called 3-star hotel in Chennai is no match to them.
4. When complained about these issues, their response was "We follow our policies. We know about negative reviews, but we don't care. There are instances where people who gave negative reviews came back and stayed with us. So technically, the negative reviews don't bother".
I've never seen a more arrogant hotel management.
I personally recommend everyone reading this review not to stay at this place. I've travelled all over the world but never experienced such a disgusting hotel. If any of you want to try staying at this hotel, good luck!
