El personal es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda.

Solo que las almohadas estaban muy altas y no hay sábana o cobija para el sofá cama.

Staff was attentive. We liked the fact that the place is near everything you may need because it is near a shopping mall also you are very near to the city center and you can walk to the subway and there are many restaurants nearby. We got late after midnight at the staff was ready to open the door for us for entry into the building.

TV set was unplugged and the cable TV set was also unplugged which was a bit of a bothersome detail. And when we wanted to watch cable TV the choice in channels was poor, also it didn't have a SAP option for English speaking viewers. So we ended up watching a movie which originally was in English but with Spanish dubbing, which was awful.

Me gusto el depa es bonito. La ubicación no es la mejor pero esta en una zona tranquila.

El personal no fue amable, hacia mucho frio y no nos dieron otra cobija, nos cobraron 300 mas por entrar 1 hora antes y no nos avisaron. La encargada nunca esta y solo te manda mail que te van a descontar de la tarjeta. Personalmente no regresaría por el trato del personal. El wifi casi no llega en todo el cuarto.

Todo, pero sin duda la atención del sr Hilario fue increíble

The location is great for walking to lots of things or catching rides, there were lots of cafes, shops, convenience stores, weekly markets near by. I love that they provide bottled 5 gal shared water on each floor's hallway.

The caulking in the bathroom was a little iffy but I get it, i live in a humid climate and the upkeep is demanding, I assume not all guests know how to ventilate it and etc. The bathrooms do have a great window you can open to vent steam. I do wish all the windows had netting though, i was surprised mosquitos travelled all the way up to 3rd, 4th floors to snack on us.
