If you look for a quiet place in a peaceful environment, this is the place to stay in Amsterdam! You are in the countryside, in an authentic floating house on a canal, but just a 10 minutes walk and a 10 minutes ferry, and you are at the Centraal Station.

There was a great outdoor area that we loved to sit around and relax. Manon was extremely lovely and super helpful when we had questions. Breakfast was a plus to get the day started. The free ferry made it very convenient to get to central station.

Lack of signage to identify property, no TV

The true Amsterdam experience: sleeping on a water villa! Iwould always choose this accommodation over a hotel. You really feel at home in that cozy little apartment. You have an amazing view onto the canal and I always enjoyed my breakfast looking outside. Speaking of breakfast, you get it delivered to your room and it's delicious. You also have a nice outside area / backyard with cozy furniture. The watervilla is located in a residential area, so it's quiet but you can easily reach any destination by public transportation. Would definitely recommend for business and private trips.

being next to the water was great - the place was very clean, close to transportation (15 minutes from the ferry direct to central station) - even if the weather was bad, everything stayed perfect Manon was so helpful and responsive we will definitely come back !
