Clean , spacious, comfortable

Occasionally after putting the door code in and it flashed green and the knob went down it was very difficult to push open… no deadbolt is installed in this door

The pool was out of order. Wish I would have known that before booking.

Nobody told us the building was closed for repairs until we traveled there.

We woke up to the owner trying to get into our room the first morning we were there. I told him that we discovered that there was no hot water, or internet after our booking being moved to a different room due to storm damage. He told us he didn't even know why they booked us because of all of the issues. When I told him again that we didn't have any hot water he kind of just shrugged and suggested that WE look for the maintenance guy and let him know. I emailed maintenance that day and their only response was that there was water. They never addressed the hot water issue. We had a little bit of hot water on Saturday night and then it stopped again. Still no internet the entire time and the tv remote was nowhere to be found. We were in town for a wedding and had to make arrangements elsewhere so we could shower properly. There were also roaches just randomly crawling around and we had to remove our food from the room so it wouldn't become infested and contaminated. This place is disgusting. We unplugged their air freshener to use the outlet and didn't plug it back in. By the next day, the smell of mustiness that the air freshener was masking became obvious. Half the roof is in the front parking lot and there's glass and debris all over. If you can't operate a clean and functioning facility, maybe you should close until you can get your mess figured out.

breakfast was not included. the bathroom shower was covered with strings of long black hair. the back door would not lock. the building needs so much work to bring it up to 2022 . the grounds are lacking curb appeal .

the bed was comfortable. the area was quiet. many choices available for places to eat.

Location was great. We fixed our on meals. There wasn't a host there.
