Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was amazing! Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure. Excellent coffee in the cafe and great food as well.

The staff are all lovely, extremely helpful and very importantly for us with good English. Restaurant very good value and open all day. Rooms spacious and very clean. We have visited before and may well be back in the future.
We would have liked coffee making facilities in the room but this is a tiny niggle on a really excellent place to stay.

Bursa Hotel is really the only hotel you need in Kyiv. It's in the cool Podil neighbourhood for a start, but it is an oasis of hotel goodness every moment you are there. Splendidly designed rooms and staff that make you feel at home. Wonderful café off the lobby with an excellent menu. The rooftop bar in the warmer months is legend. Stay here. It's all you need.

Best hotel in Kyiv, the staff will make you feel at home and take care of you anytime! Highly recommended, the breakfast is delicious and the food just great! Best masala tea too <3 Great staff and...just come :)

Location
Stuff didn't propose breakfast, didn't do onboarding and overviewing of hotel, room cleaning is bad, loud in the evening because of the club, Me and my boyfriend couldn't fit in one bed.
