The breakfast was amazing, but it wasn't free. Still, it was worth the money. The pancakes were amazing, and so were the potatoes,
I think the rooms are super tight. I appreciate something a bit roomier. Too many lights that can't be individually controlled above the bed.

My husband and I were stranded in North Platte due to a winter storm closing the roads. We were grateful to have the Tru Hotel as an option for our overnight stay.

This was honestly the coolest place my husband and I have ever stayed, and we travel often! All of the staff was fantastic! Everything was super clean, and the rooms were incredibly efficient and comfortable. The dispensers for the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are brilliant. We loved all the options available for snacks and drinks and the great breakfast choices. We will definitely stay again and look for Tru by Hilton places from now on!
There is nothing we would change, other than we wish we could have stayed longer!

Breakfast was perfect.Nice variety.We come through about twice a year and will not stay anywhere else.Conveniently located next to two nice places to eat & have cocktails.

Location of the hotel was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Room was new, modern and clean. Breakfast the next day was a nice bonus. Not sure when I’ll be back in North Platt again, but if/when I do come back I would definitely stay again.

The hotel/room was extremely clean, cute, cozy, modern, and breakfast was great! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion were amazing. Everyone at the service desk was super friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate that the room was so clean, especially in a pet friendly room. Most other pet friendly hotels have less than acceptable rooms but this dog-friendly room was cleaner than other hotels that don't allow animals. Definitely recommend and will only stay here when I'm in the area!

Really nice decor. Staff super friendly. I needed a garbage bag as my dog soaked his bed. No problem. I love they have large containers of hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash....very eco-friendly.
If we had been there more than 1 night it would have been too small. No closet or drawers. King room was tight.
