Comfortable, no coffee maker in room. Free bottled water and snacks were nice. Fridge chilled drinks fast.

A/C barely functional. Coffee would have been great to have.

Everything was fine.

Location was good. Our room was very nice. Good water pressure in the shower. The beds and linens were very comfortable. It is nice that you offer snacks and bottled water. We appreciated the water and chilled in the refrigerator

If we had time to eat breakfast. We got up late and missed it.

Great room that was very comfortable. Quick hot water to shower. Snacks were greatly appreciated! Breakfast had numerous options and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the dining area with beautiful huge windows and plants.

We had difficulty specifically with the plumbing, just reflected its age. Facility has been undergoing updates and renovations but is difficult to update a property of that era in reference to its age. You still have electrical and plumbing issues you simply can't fix without starting over. Breakfast has an awkwardly setup, can't handle a lot of people at one time. Also noticed some of the food being outdated, just had to sort thru. Second level stairwell not being covered when it is raining was an inconvenience, along with being a safety issue.

This place exceeded expectations. Free snacks in the room, good breakfast, nice big room and friendly staff.
