Location was great and from outside the hotel looked great.

It was extremely dirty, dusty and it smelled bad. It was very dissapointing because it was supposed to be a comfortable time in Marathon. We could not sleep well, the bathroom was dirty and the whole place smelled terrible. To top it off the pool was disgusting. We wanted to have a relaxing time but it was impossible.

Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse ganz okay. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich.

Unser Zimmer war total dreckig. Der Boden im Bad und im Flur hatte eine richtige Dreckschicht an den Rändern. Im Bad waren noch Haare von unseren Vorgängern auf dem Boden. Die Wände hatten Flecken. Wir haben das bemängelt, dann wurde schnell ein bisschen der Boden gewischt .Die Toilette war verstopft und der Hausmeister hat eine riesen Sauerei um die Toilette herum hinterlassen. Das haben wir dann geputzt. Alles in Allem kann ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Preis-Leistung passt hier hinten und vorne nicht.

The location was good. It was clean and the cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast area was nice, and had a good choice of food.

The front desk staff was very rude. I had a problem that booking.com was helping me with and it required me to go to the front desk the morning I checked out. Please check Nourhans notes. The swimming pool was unreasonably hot, not refreshing at all, we went elsewhere to swim. The TV was not a smart TV outdated

The first room floor was wonderful. We were able to pull up and load and unload quickly. The room was clean a d comfortable for a family of 4.

The price was unbelievable. Just price gouging during spring break.
