Lots of space, very clean and cosy. It was a great location and close to the seafront. Although, the DVD player didn’t work, host was very happy to come out and have a look. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Locatie was prima. Mooie kust. Mooie studio industriële inrichting. Snelle online hulp bij problemen.

We zijn zestigers en geen koppel dus we hadden het bed boven ook nodig. Dat was te hard voor de rug en je kon boven niet rechtstaan. Als je als koppel het bed beneden kan gebruiken is er geen probleem. Ook zochten we een mogelijkheid om een raam te openen. Dat konden we niet.

It would have been good to have been able to watch TV in the living room area (DVDs only). There was a TV on the mezzanine level but couldn't watch this after the kids were in bed. Also we wish we'd opted to light the wood burner. The flat only has electric heaters so it was still cold in the British spring time!

It had everything we needed for our stay and more! The property has a very homely atmosphere which is perfect for a relaxing break

It was perfect for us

Location is great, flat is modern and has everything you need. Owner Paul is very communicative and gives clear instructions for the property and parking. The property is just as described. Really nice stay and would recommend.

Shower wasn’t powerful enough for my own liking but maybe I didn’t read the instructions properly :) That’s it! Thank you Paul, such a great host! Made things so much easier having referrals to restaurants and those little touches!

It was very clean and cosy. Exactly as warm and cool as in the pictures. Very well located within Margate, close to the beach and amenities and with plenty of supermarkets at reach.

Great location and very clean bathroom and bedding which is important.

A few breakages which should have been addressed. Could do with some air fresheners as smell of damp dog in the air. DVD a good idea, but sound quality quite poor to enjoy a movie keeping volume low as requested.

Loose window made a lot of noise during the windy night! Car park booking process provided no confirmation of booking. This caused stress, wondering whether it worked.

Great location, - near the beach and Old town. Great flat, cosy and quirky, with everything you need. Nice welcome from Paul, who provided lots of details on things to do and to see, prior to arrival and a welcome text on arrival.

Little things, which could easily be sorted out- a dirty oven and wobbly toilet seat. Upstairs bed was a bit hard.

The flat is very nice and cozy, very clean, situated central at a short walking distance from the beach, town centre, shops, park, indoor soft play and other attractions, which made our holiday perfect having small children. The host, Paul, was very kind and welcoming, always there to help. We were really happy here.

It would be nice to replace some of the cooking pots and pans.

After having a complete nightmare with another booking at another apartment (double booked), my partner booked Brooklyn Lodge as a last-minute thing for me as I was working in the area. The host was absolutely wonderful. After speaking to my partner on the phone, he met me on site with towels and parking info. Bearing in mind, this was 8.30 in the evening. The accommodation is very clean and lovely. Sadly, it was only the 1 night I was staying. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area.

Things around the apartment we're broken, doors was unsafe, very dark and outdated, needs a revamp, needs a new carpet

Everything was great the house has a feeling of a home.

The only thing is that the shower was slippery, maybe a shower mat would be better
